The best customer service I have…

The best customer service I have received. I phoned and spoke to an associate named Aurther who was super knowledgeable and helped me with booking my hotel…. Not only this but the hotel room rate I received was the best and lowest vs other websites. I will only book with Morerooms going ahead. Thanks again

Excellent customer support

Excellent customer support. Had a slight issue on the website with a booking but after calling, Amber dealt with it very efficiently and professionally and got the booking finalised easily.

Easy to cancel once your plan changes

Made a reservation yesterday and had a change in travel plans. Called the customer service. Was picked up right away. The reservation was cancelled in two minutes and got the email confirmation immediately.

Helpful staff

Made a booking rang up twice to speak to someone and both times the staff was very helpful in dealing with my matters successfully. Wasn't to much waiting time on the phone to picked up straight away.

Scam! Avoid!

Scammers! Stay away! All the good reviews are fake! Booked a hotel room because the price was good, paid for it and then 5 mins later I get a call to say that I need to pay £800 more as they made a mistake with the price. In the end, had to cancel booking. Jim Parker and John (obviously not thier real names) are amateurs. Pay the extra few hundred and go to legitimate company.

TERRIBLE

TERRIBLE! Avoid at all costs as they do not fulfill prices advertised!! Wanted an extra payment of £800 once booking was made! Spoke to ‘Jim Parker’ and the supposed manager ‘John’ (if thats the real name)- terrible customer service.

SCAM SCAM DO NOT TOUCH THIS COMPANY

SCAM SCAM they took my money , I contacted the hotel the next day and they confirmed no booking under my name.Back and forwards correspondence from myself and more room ,they reassured me every time give us time to sort this out etc etc.. four days later still still no reservation ,then they started to blame the company they had used to book it though ,I phoned them and wanted a straight refund ,they wanted me to give them more time but I’ve never ever dealt with a company that has reassured me four times they’ve booked it over the space of three days ,for then me to contact the hotel and nothing is confirmed ,yes I got my money back 6 days later but this clearly a scam ,every single one star review should be taken note of,don’t make them same mistake I did ,this is for anyone even contemplating using this company , DO NOT DO IT!!!!!!

Do not use this place

Do not use this place. Completely rip off. No help whatever. Tried to resolve problem with my reservation but customer service ping pong me all over the place. Told to reach out to place where reservation was made. Hotel told me go back and resolve issue with agency where reservation was booked. To end of the day I lost my money.

Jim Parker was great

Jim Parker was great! I had a problem with the room I booked not being available, he called me, upgraded me at no extra charge and called me back to confirm I had all the documents I needed. He was patient, professional and very helpful!

Jim parker was great

Jim parker was great. We had an issue with an typo on the name on reservation which hotel wanted us to run hoops to get resolved. Jim took care of it for us on priority. I would recommend them when booking rooms. I’ll be back!
