I’ve been generous giving this a 1 star. Shocking service and if stores cannot uphold the guidelines for delivery now they should not be offering it. Minimum communication and if the order is 90 minut... Ver mais

Experience spoiled by sexist, patronising pet names…
Having tried other supermarket delivery services, I have found Morrisons to be the fastest, most efficient and most accurate. Their giving you money back for returning plastic bags to them is an added bonus, too.
However, please explain to your male drivers that calling female customers "luv" is sexist and patronising, and feels degrading. There's no need for them to call a customer anything. A simple greeting and goodbye would suffice. Why spoil an otherwise perfect customer experience with sexist, inappropriate pet names?

Morrisons mansfield road intake no stock what so ever dont even stock Morrisons goods then pay shows up somewhere completely different thought i had been scammed.
Been to shop at Morrisons barrow then…
Been to shop at Morrisons barrow then went to cafe the place was empty, reason they haven't had any heating in cafe for months all customers are sitting with coats on also staff are wearing coats get your finger out and get it fixed , I'll be going to Tesco cafe where it hotter in cafe and more comfortable
NOW DELIVERYis a rubbish service and should be avoided
Having been a Regular customer of Morrison’s for many years I thought that it was time to try Morrisons NOW.
Goods have been changed without notice ( I suspect in order to get rid of slow moving stock) when the original product is still available on the website. The delivery is well overdue and has missed the time when I wanted to use some of the goods. They have charged for delivery service and have failed to deliver. THIS SERVICE IS RUBBISH AND I WILL NOT BE USING AGAIN. APART FROM ANYTHING ELSE CHARGING FOR SERVICE NOT PROVIDED IS ROBBERY.
Cruel employer
I was at the checkouts waiting to go out the young girl put something in that she needed to take off as the chap in front didn’t want someone we then stood there for 15 mins because the manager of the checkouts had left the front leaving the staff to deal with customers I asked for the lady on the cigarette contest to ask for the manager to come down as the young girl who was left on the checkouts was panicking and she was nearly in tears, eventually up walks the manager of the checkouts shouting what’s up I was letting a truck in and have loads of boxes to get out. Then when I said should the checkouts be left on their own this poor girl was nearly having a melt down, where she shrugged and said I was busy where I said I don’t give a monkeys you should be supporting this young girl instead you left her. She just then disappeared back down the shop this shop was Totnes, I wrote to Morrisons asking why this is happening is it normal for young girls to be left on their own to then be panicked. But after 10 days I’ve heard nothing? Absolute bad management. It’s no wonder I mostly buy else where even though they are closest to my home
Normally stop at Tesco
Normally shop at Tesco, but they advertise half price chicken, so I thought I will drive down to Aylesbury and by a chicken for Sunday dinner. Surprise , surprise, NO CHICKENS !!!!!!!!!! When I spoke to the meat counter butcher, I was told they got hardly any delivered. What a CON !!!! Entice customers in on false pretence and then hope they will spend money in store anyway!!!! This was the second time we got conned, but trust me. NEVER AGAIN!!!! This is the best way to annoy a customer and 100% way to loose a customer.
Total disrespect for customers they…
Total disrespect for customers they jumped on the bandwagon and increased cost of diesel at the pumps without justification, shame on you
The discriminatory supermarket !
This will be the last time i use this rubbish store/ service.
They have now decided to introduce this ridiculous system whereby you now have to enter a pin within 5 minutes of being emailed the code, fantastic, except it doesn't update within that time making the system completely fkn useless !!
There was nothing wrong with the security prior, after all, you are constantly prompted for login details not to mention bank authorisation also !!!
I'm shopping for someone who is totally blind, tell me how this doesn't discriminate against these groups of people now ??
How is she going to navigate this rubbish system that not a scrap of common sense was applied ??
We all know that this is just another attempt at compliance and control !!!
Not great
Compared to other grocery delivery services like Sainsbury’s, Morrisons has a long way to go. Meat delivered with ONE DAY use by date, several substitutes, most of them making no sense. For example: I ordered two tubs of coleslaw, one normal and one pickled pink slaw. They replaced the unavailable pickled slaw with another normal coleslaw. I literally already had one on the list, why would they do that? Things they didn’t have were very basic items like sour cream. I never had a situation where a supermarket has ran out of sour cream. One item was completely wrong but wasn’t marked as a substitute. This feels like what grocery online shopping felt like at beginning of covid. Since the every single shop has improved dramatically but not Morrisons. Shopping in the store is also a nightmare in my town with one person on the self checkouts, faulty machines that flag you up all the time and the person that’s supposed to help you is nowhere to be seen. Genuinely Morrisons, wth?
Limited selection of groceries & lack of substitutes
I've used Morrisons in the past for home grocery deliveries with no problems, so thought I'd try them again as a change from my usual supermarkets. It wasn't a big order, yet out of 24 items, two out of five ready meals were unavailable with no offer of a substitute. One of two substitutes was an unsuitable item which got returned, while two bottles of smoothies were 300 ml and not the 750 ml I ordered. Morrisons other problem is that they tend to sell mainly their own brand, something which limits choice. I also noticed on their website that a considerable number of food items were marked as being 'out of stock'. I'm disabled and can't leave the house, so depend on weekly grocery deliveries, so won't be going back to Morrisons any time soon. The only good thing was that the delivery turned up at the scheduled time.
Awful - late, substitues, damaged items
Always late.
Always have substitutes.
Items damaged in every order.
Absolutely shocking since they changed to despatching from a local store.
Never again.
Asian Meal deal
Your Asian meal for 2 with 4 dishes … amazing !!
Loved the generous oriental veg with bean sprouts , bamboo shoots and water chestnuts , the chicken , Singapore noodles and teriaki sauce . Added katsu spring rolls and a few spices … quick and easy .
Also helpful and cheerful staff .
Poor Customer Service
They "upgraded" their system recently leading to my online account being locked. Several phone calls to customer services later it's still unresolved. I've been told each time they are escalating it to IT only to be told nothing has been done the next time I ring. I've given up now, I will shop elsewhere.
Awful
Awful. With my shopping I ordered 5 boxes of Morrison's own brand teabags (£13). They sent me 5 boxes of Twinning's and didn't ask me. They then charged me £30!! I emailed and told them to come and collect and refund. They told me to go to the store for a refund. The cheek!
Registered for Morrisons groceries as…
Registered for Morrisons groceries as we are getting fed up of no stock at Tescos.
First problem we run into is you cant put payment details in. Second problem is that they don't take Natwest bank payments of any kind. Third problem is that there customer service has to escalate everything all whilst given a two hour time limit of organising a delivery. Well done Morrisons, you lost a customer. I had to cancel the order and close my account as it was not fit for purpose. Unbelievable and I need someone to reassure me that we are in the 21st century aren't we, but maybe not Morrisons!!!!!
Pirates
Went to Morrisons daily store at Beecher’s widnes notice that they are only taking cash over the counter at the same time the cash machine is charging you 1’25 pounds to get your own money out it’s a scam so milk would be double bread would be double if you had to use cash machine it’s a local store if you can only use cash there we have nowhere else to go except into town it’s blackmail they should be absolutely ashamed of themselves they gave certainly lost my custom even if I have to drive into town to do my shopping and I do not think I will be the only one either
Went to morrisons daily in rugeley on…
Went to morrisons daily in rugeley on coppice road, bought a pack of fag's for £15 something pence 2 days ago. Went today and charged me £17 for a pack of fag's. They dont show you how much it costs on the till they just type in the amount on the card reader so you don't actually know the exact price for what your paying for, they dont offer a receipt either. You go and buy something one day and they decide to charge you more for the products. Delivery from morrisons in rugeley town is awful also, they never get the right products and dont offer a substitute, delivery drivers either take food out your bags and items are missing, or delivery takes over an hour, when I could of walked to the town and back by that time, unfortunately for some people they dont have the accessibility to "walk" to the town and solely rely on these services, which is disgusting considering they charge you more for the items on the app but cheaper in store. DONT GO TO MORRISONS DAILY ON THE PEAR TREE, DONT ORDER FROM UBER THRY ROB YOU
Delivered expiring food and refused a refund
Order Reference: 1884298769206
I placed an order and it arrived on Saturday evening, around 9PM. There was fair amount of meat and chicken there and each of the packs had the expiry date either the next day, on Sunday or Monday. So, it was less than a day before most of the meats were expiring. Which is against their freshness promise. I have contacted morrisons customer support a provided photos with the expiration dates but they refused the refund! Even though the majority of that shop had to go in the bin. I’m out of money and my food shop which I was planning to use for the entire week. Very unhappy and won’t order again !
Morrisons Delivery Pass
I am absolutely disgusted with Morrisons Customer Service today. I bought an Annual Delivery Pass three weeks ago thinking it would save me having to go shopping due to my hip problem , however I was mistaken
Week One . Saw delivery charges for bags and rang us to er Service prior to delivery and they said give the bags back to driver and you’ll get refunded.
Charged for eight bags and eight bags returned, two bags credited, out of pocket 60p plus their website said Dreamies Cat Treats 3&£3 but they charged me £1.69 each, so the telephone again to out it right.
Week two
On my previous click and collect orders they have fresh bread on there, but on delivery no fresh bread available, rang them again and they said we don’t deliver Market St Bakery items , but if you click on click and collect you can have them, so I said that defeats the object of me having a delivery as I want fresh bread which they refused, so I said cancel my delivery pass and I’ll do click and collect and please refund my annual pass amount as I only received two deliveries , after a week no refund so rang them today and they said we’ll refund you 50% of the pass which is £20 . I was hopping mad, they can’t fulfill my order and then charge me £20 for two deliveries which were cocked up. Morrisons get your act together, not a happy customer, looking at going elsewhere to a better company than yours.
I had shopping delivered on Saturday…
I had shopping delivered on Saturday great delivery guy no problems but I ordered two punnets of blueberries, I feel poor picking as the best before date was the same date as the day of delivery surely you should get 3/4 days on the bbf date so basically not impressed I won’t shop again there .
