Found a mortgage swiftly and followed up with lender consistently to complete the exchange on time
My mortgage application wasn't strong because of massive income loss due to the pandemic. I went through Trussle first who wasted a ton of time and couldn't find a mortgage. After which, I went with L&C who managed to come back with a not-so-great offer.
Coreco/Mortgage Online team was a saviour from the get-go for a first-time buyer like me. They understood the time-sensitivity, as I could lose both the apartment and the down payment. They put in an incredible amount of effort to find me a good tentative offer in a matter of days. Upon securing the offer, one of their employees consistently followed up with the lender and kept me up to date during that very stressful period, finally leading to exchange completion on time.
I've nothing but good things to say about their quality of service and way of working. I'll surely be working with them again after my fixed term is over.

As someone of advanced years
As someone of advanced years, finding a mortgage was never going to be straightforward. From sourcing the most appropriate mortgage at a very competitive rate, to completion on the required date, the team at Mortgages Online were there to guide and advise. I was kept informed every step of the way, and they promptly dealt with any issues that arose. Finding a mortgage can be a very stressful time, but Mortgages Online made it a very smooth process. I would thoroughly recommend them.

My case was dealt with by Al Baker who was very professional and helpful throughout the application process. He was always available when I needed help and he ensured that he got the best deal for me that suited my needs. The mortgage offer was received swiftly as soon as the application was filed. This was mainly due to the competence of Al Baker in complying with all the required backup documentation being presented promptly as required by the prospective lender.

I had a great experience
I had a great experience with Mortgages.Online. My broker was Al Baker who gave an excellent service. The process was made so simple and every thing explained so well.
