good choice of car's, good parking, staff very helpful but left you to look around if that is what you wanted
Sales personnel were helpful and attentive. There was a slight problem with the car which they couldn't sort out at the time. It was down to me as I had a long journey back home. I asked if it could be sorted out at Coventry as that was more local. This was arranged as requested.

I have purchased vehicles from motorpoint on several occasions and have always been very happy with my purchases. This time was no different and I was treated very well by the sales person who helped me through the process including removing my personal number plate and taxing the car I was purchasing . I feel I got a good deal all round .

Absolutely appalling customer Service. I paid £199 to get a car transferred down which I was told it would be taken off the overall cost of the car, to then be told when picking it up this was not the case. The manager ( i assume he was the manager) attitude was "check your invoice if your not happy, il just cancel the order then and youll loose the £199". So in effect i had paid an additional 200 quid for the car which is ridiculous. customer service and your transfer of vehicle policy needs reviewing.
BE CAREFUL WHEN TRANSFERRING VEHICLES BETWEEN BRANCHES.

Good sales experience but that’s where it ended. Appalling after sales and complete misdiagnosis of a fault and refusal of warranty repair. I would never ever buy a car from them again after our experience.
Bought Ford Eco Sport car this month. Told it had been MOTd & Serviced in March. Took it back to Motorpoint Newport this week, due to the handbrake being faulty. Not even holding on flat road and definately not on hill near my house. DVLA would not be happy with this review. Please Motorpoint, check your vehicles more closely to avoid possible accidents. I will be collecting my car next Tuesday, after the braking system is more fully checked. The lady assisting me has been very helpful.

Was told transportation of car from Glasgow branch to Swansea was £199 but would come off the cost of the car if you like and buy it, but they then added it to cost of car. So be aware any car transported to the branch you buy it from add £199 to the cost very unhappy buyer. don't be misled by motorpoints reply, that it comes off invoice cost, that makes you think you get it back you don't, it's the car price + the transport cost (£199)

Recently purchased my new vehicle with motor point, look out for their customers best interest not just for the sales part which is what I liked about this dealership.
Lewis from the sales team dealt with us throughout and went above and beyond what was expected off him again looking for the best interest of his customers really nice staff and Ashley who dealt with the collection of my new vehicle both a credit to motorpoint widnes.
I would recommend this dealership as stated above they look for their customers best interest not just making sales.

so many cars to choose from, paid a deposit, arranged to collect, everything went smoothly. all staff were very friendly and professional. every car in the car park were sparkling clean.

Greeted at the door by the sales reps and left to browse the stock in peace.
No credit checks to take the cars out for a test drive.
Good customer service.
Sales reps really know their stuff.

Usually a 5 star service, not this time however.
This is the 4th car we have bought from Motorpoint in the last 2 years.
As I said , usually 5 star service
It has to be said though that the salesperson who dealt with us was amazing, very helpful and had plenty of time to go through everything and explain any queries we had etc, couldn’t fault her (Kate Smith at Birtley branch)
On collection of the car there should have been a mot and service carried out, I was informed that the mot had been done but the service hadn’t, no problem, can bring it back for service.
On checking car, it was found that the passenger seat switch wasn’t working,they took it to workshop and said required a new switch.
Switched ordered and car booked in for switch fitted and service.
So far so good 👍🏻
When I got home I noticed sat nav not working and car wasn’t showing as mot complete on gov website, also, car not cleaned inside, took photos and went back next day.
Workshop looked at satnav and said they would get back to me, they still said car had mot done.
On further investigation, workshop informed Kate that it hadn’t been done.
Received phone call, it needed to get booked in for sat nav repair.
Car was booked in for mot, service,sat nav and seat switch,
All completed and sorted without problem.
My gripe is however, that when I mentioned again about the interior and showed the pictures of the dirt etc inside the car I was told that customer services wouldn’t book it back in as it had already been in once for other stuff and wasn’t allowed to be booked in again so there was nothing they could do !!
That to me is not acceptable,
That one thing has spoilt an otherwise 5 star review for me.
Again, Kate was amazing throughout.
Everything else was great but selling a dirty car is a definite no for me.
Looks like I will be footing the bill to have a valet done on the car.

Pleased to hear you are reviewing procedures going forward, however, that is no help to me.
Still leaves me paying for a “comprehensive interior cleaning”
