Been using this garage for many years…
Been using this garage for many years now, three cars and a motorcycle. One of my cars went in for MOT, the mot tester was miserable, no customers skills at all and quite rude. He failed my car, major defect electronic Parking brake below requirement. I challenge this and another tester passing it five minutes later saying nothing wrong. I was gutted because the fail was recorded straight onto the DVSA site as a major fail.
This MOT tester K D Handisyde didn't do his job properly at all. Wont be using this business again. The staff over the last ten years have been very helpful, however time to change my place for mots and servicing.
