Athen Flughafen: die App funktioniert nicht, keine Schlüsselfreigabe. Zentrale in Athen bietet an den Schlüssel zu bringen für 20 € Cash. Du hast keine Wahl, musst akzeptieren. Nach 10 Minuten war er schon da. Er hat wohl darauf gewartet. 20 € Cash ohne Quittung. Die Quittung wird er am nächsten Tag schicken, so seine Worte.
Keiner hat die 20 € erstattet, es wird sogar geleugnet das Geld erhalten zu haben.
Jetzt kommt die Steigerung: es gibt wohl immer diesen Corsa, der auf der Website zu sehen ist, als Upgrade. Dafür gibt es einen Grund. Das Fahrzeug hat auf der rechten Seite einen kaum sichtbaren Schaden der nur bei Sonnenschein zu sehen ist. Diesen Schaden bekommst du mit 957€ € bei Abgabe des Fahrzeuges in Rechnung gestellt und muss dann beweisen, dass der Schaden schon vorher am Fahrzeug war. Das konnte ich zum Glück, weil ich Kfz-Sachverständiger bin und entsprechend mich abgesichert habe. Der normale Kunde hätte absolut keine Chance gehabt.
Wenn nun der nächste geschädigte schreibt, dass er diesen Corsa hatte mit dem SeitenSchaden rechte Seite, dann liegt hier wohl ein systematischer Ablauf vor. Dies wird dadurch begünstigt, dass die App nicht funktioniert und man somit nicht gezwungen ist Bilder zu machen bei der Übernahme des Fahrzeuges. Es fehlt quasi der Beweis, dass der Schaden bereits am Fahrzeug war als man es übernommen hat.
Where’s my Car...?
First time using Move Mee. Orlando airport Florida. Was extremely worried that there would be no car! Arrived to the rental office (Green Motion) with family in tow at 10pm. Fears were confirmed - no key activated in App! Luckily rental had someone at their desk who was able to confirm we did, indeed, have a reservation & was able to release our vehicle manually. He mentioned he had served two other customers with same issues recently. This review would be lower, except for the speedy communication from customer support (Gareth), who contacted to enquire why the vehicle was not collected & then investigated to provide an answer. Apparently the rental company did not release the vehicle to the App. If this is the case, I would hope that Move Mee digs deeper with their providers to ensure staff on the ground are versed with these contactless bookings. This could have been quite the start to our vacation & does make me hesitant to book again.

Great service, finally there is solution to queues and useless paperwork at the counter. In Warsaw Chopin Airport, the car was easy to find at the airport hotel car park and it was hybrid toyota CH-R that I booked - not 'or similar' :) The mobile app needs slight optimization, but the service deserves 5* overall

Wrong arrangement from customer service through email
I asked for pickup 1h earlier (7 am instead of 8 am). The customer service told me that they confirmed that with the supplier, and that although the info was not updated in the app it would work. But when I went there, I couldn’t unlock the card, and nobody from customer support answered the phone! I had to wait in the cold for 1h for the time to be 8 am and the app to unlock the car!
Not very pleasant experience!
Apart from that , everything was fine! I hope this was just a bad moment.

When we arrived at the airport it seemed the car was 5km away. After calling customer service and the rental company it turned out half an hour later the car was actually only 200m away. The checking in process was going ok until something went wrong, and I again had to call customer service to help me.
Extending a rental is not possible, I had to make a new booking. It took a lot of back and forth communication to come up with a hack: I would book a class lower (which was a quarter the price), but I could keep the car I already had. Anxious if this would work I opened the app the day after the "extension", which didn't show me any bookings. Turned out that was because of an update, and I had to log off and log back on again.
I love the idea of not having to wait in line at the airport, and the rates were competitive (aside from the extension issue), but after things going wrong at almost every step, and basic features like extensions not available, I hope my experience will be smoother next time.

You have very nice and new cars with a great security key.
You are like Revolut for Car hires, however I have some suggestions for you, how you can improve your service.
1. Mobile App
Looks nice, however is not so useful (to find a booking I need to click ?)
You need to create a cockpit, which will be visible for customers - add there information about car ( like fuel / recommendations for safety , etc) and prolongation ( in case if someone needs to add more days).
2. Mobile Key
One more think which is great and a bit stressful.
During my travel to mountain I was always afraid about my phone, which can be switch off every moment and I will be locked.
You should make a share key option ( to share with a partner) and maybe a physical key inside the car for urgent issues.
Being high tech is nice, but sometimes physical things can safe a lot.
In Total you are very nice company with a nice customer service and I will book cars in the future with you.
Will be also nice to have possibility to left car in the city center, not in the airport.
P.S. when I pick up my car it was a very cold day and car was frozen, so I cant check my car on damages careful. Maybe you have to add this information / option to the booking, that after I will turn on the car, I still have sometimes to add pictures.

Great experience, will use this service again for sure
At first I was stressed this wouldn't work. I arrived at Athens International Airport and I saw a car parked outside my exit. I opened the app and double checked the plates and that was it. I unlocked the door and started checking in through the app. It was easy to finalize the check in and I was so happy this worked, the car I loved it. It was clean both on the outside and on the inside. The only two cons I have is that the car was left with only two bars (out of 8 bars) of gas and the second bar wasn't even full, and the fact that I had to sign the contract at that specific moment, where you have no time do so because you just came from a long flight. I wasn't also able to download what I signed either.

Customer service was amazing, I was given a new car without online key thing, so some app functionality was not as it was supposed to be. However, the guys over phone were helpful and nice, they sorted everything and a person was waiting for me on the spot for a pickup.

Monday/Tuesday 15th/16th December 2020: Move from Farnsfield, Newark, Nottinghamshire to Beverley, East Riding of Yorkshire.
Absolutely delighted! …Competitive quote with no hidden extras – No stress – Punctual – Polite, fun and entertaining – Professional and knowledgeable – Nothing was too much trouble.
We were moving from a 200+ year old 4 bed detached cottage to a 1960’s semi.
Move it with Mee Removals, Mansfield, Nottinghamshire were punctual and did not rush off at the end of the day, they ensured that the job was complete and that we were happy.
Absolutely delighted with our move with Move it With Mee – One reason that we chose them was that the people who loaded our furniture etc were also the same people unloading it.
It was like watching a calm and smoothly running machine! Everyone was courteous, polite, friendly, and professional. It was obvious that they all enjoyed their job. Although they were worked extremely hard, they still managed to have fun and entertained us royally for the 2 days that they worked on our move.
Nothing was too much trouble, they were patient, calm and truly knowledgeable, letting us know various tips to make everything go super smoothly.
Day one: Packing up our house. Everything was packed well and efficiently. Every piece of furniture was blanketed and wrapped, all our bits and bobs (of which there were a lot!) were bubble wrapped, boxed, and labelled with great care. We had quite a few antiques and collectables which were handled very carefully, as were some very fragile and a few tricky pieces.
Day 2: The vans were loaded. Again, everyone made the day progress smoothly and efficiently. Darren: the company owner, his Dad, Mitchell, and Jamie loaded the vans and made the trip up t’North to unpack.
It was apparent the relationship between Darren and his guys was easy going whilst respectful. We were also impressed with the professional packing ability which enabled them to fit all our belongings into the 2 trucks, plus a third one for all our garden pots and plants.
On the 1hr 30 min drive North, nothing shifted out of place. Unloading in Beverley was quick and efficient. Watching them place boxes of our belongings into the relevant rooms was impressive. Furniture was moved into the house and boxes placed in the right rooms. Anything that needed to be assembled was taken care of. They even went through each room at the end of the day to make sure everything was placed where we wanted it.
Moving can be a really stressful event but with Move it with Mee there was absolutely no worry or stress.
One of the most competitive quotes that we received with no hidden extras. I cannot recommend these guys enough; they made a pretty awful year go out with a laugh and a joke with all our possessions in perfect condition. Great job lads!
