I've contacted MOZ for help with various issues having to do with my account, as well as questions about their products. I've always been met with a quick response, friendly demeanor, and the willingness to take extra time and steps to point me to extra documentation about my particular inquiry on their Help Hub website. MOZ Customer Support is the best I've ever come across, especially in the tech space.

I hadn't realized that I still had a subscription with moz and they took out the $179. Even though it was only a few days into the month, I contacted customer service and they immediatly refunded my money to my account and it was there the next day. I am glad because I really needed that money. The service looks like a good service, I am just not ready for it yet. thanks Moz for being honest and forthcomming!

Disgusting service. Auto renewal that I was unaware of declined several times. It finally went through causing me to be overdrawn. I have mental health problems and Bern unable to work and they refuse to refund me the years subscription

I must have gotten 20 calls thus far from this "so called" company. Today, I answered. I got a guy that seemed very intelligent and someone that I might listen to. But then he decided to show me on a pie scale how badly my site was doing on all the directories. Little did he know that I know where my site stands on directory presence. I look at Bing on MOZ pie and it says, I'm not even on Bing. I ask him why it says that when I am on the top page of Bing, and he says, I'll transfer you to my manager because there is a reason our pie says you don't exist on Bing as well as others. I get a manager and I ask him this very question. He says, oh, Computers make mistakes too! I said what about all the other directories MOZ says I'm not on? I'm on the first page of a lot of these! He said, "so are you saying your fine or are you here to critique my business, because I can end this call." I said really? And I hung up! REALLY MOZ?? Please remember who called who! I'm just ecstatic that I didn't give these rip off artists my money and that I NEVER WILL!!

We haven’t been able to utilize Moz enough for a better review, but the website was easy to understand and navigate. The instructions were clear.

We tried to upload our credit card information for the beta concept but we’re unable to after a few tries and two cards. This, believe it or not, is where Moz shines.

Instead of turning away, we wrote to Moz so they’d know there was an issue and to help us get through this point. They sent us an email immediately to let us know they got our comments and to say they’d get their tech team on the matter.

They wrote again to say they’re still working on it. Then another time to say the issue has been fixed. After we did not respond for a day, they reminded us.

This is great custom service. The main thing is they actually read what we actually wrote-not the norm nowadays-and they did something about it.

Once we’ve used Moz a while, we’ll come back and add to this review.

Moz is medium priced, very user friendly, and caught on to all my free trials. I love them spot. Just a lot of money for some of us.

I inadvertently subscribed to moz. I asked for canceling my subscription and refunding my money. I did not expect Moz to refund me the subscription particularly after finding out that Moz sent me subscription alert messages before drawing money but to my surprise Moz Help team refunded me my money while still allowing me to enjoy learning SEO course for free as a compliment. I really appreciate Moz's help.
