I have subscribed to the Moz pro plan mistakenly and I forgot to unsubscribe it. After that Moz pro deducts the amount from my account. Then I put a request to Moz help support and they are very cooperative and refund my all amount in only 5 days.

Their system is actually really good. It's great for giving you suggestions for different keywords and helping you understand which keywords to target.
However, when you sign up for their service, they sign you up automatically for their most expensive plan, and they hide any indication that there are cheaper plans available, that is, until you try to cancel you're account, and then they'll let you know that you can downgrade to smaller plans. They tricked me. I was deceived. Shame on them.
Anyway, other than their black-hat, deceptive tactics, it's a really great program!

I use to think highly of Moz.com that was until I used their services. My website has been online for over 20 years and I must have over 100 citation website with addresses and phone numbers. They offer a service that correct all of your citations make sure everything is accurate and promise no duplicate listing. Well the day I made the purchased I set up my profile and information I realized that they only list a few of the websites that I have my listing on. So I sent them an email. I never received a reply. Then I found that I had a duplicate Google listing and sent them another email. Still no reply. Then I sent an email asking for a refund and I receive a prompt reply. With an answer that they do not give refunds. My mistake. I should have read some of their reviews before choosing.

I am reading your response and this is so untrue. Immediately after joining, I sent an email with no response. Although I may not service customers at my address that should not mean all the citations that I have out there should not be fixed. you say it takes 3 weeks to have everything since up and no duplicates. When I saw what was going on with my Google Listing I had to stop it.

I have a website that specifically requests no spam messages from my contacts page and I still get a message of spam from this company. If they don't respect my request, I certainly wouldn't have respect for this business.

Quick response and delivered a follow-up email to make sure the ticket was resolved before closing it.

Just finished the Moz Academy training as part of my free subscription. Very well done. Informative. Theory and practice. I now have a written plan with goals and how to accomplish them.

My listing shows up no where, a complete waste of money.

I've been a customer of Moz since 2012. Until recently I've never had any problems with them. However, they now have new owners. It seems they've brought a ruthless attitude to the business that ignores long term customers. A problem with a payment led to an immediate suspension of my account and the loss of client data.

Please note, the reply from Moz, below, is complete rubbish. In fact, by the time the notification had been sent the account had already been suspended. I'm happy to show a copy of the email I received.
It seems that the customer services person of Moz.com is doing their best to antagonise and drive away an already annoyed long term customer.

Awesome experience with the support team. Fast, kind, and efficient, they answered all my questions within 5-10 minutes. Would definitely recommend them to anyone!
