Mpnwindows Avaliações

We recently had all our windows, doors and patio door replaced by MPN windows. From start to finish we were very impressed. We visited the showroom to get an idea of the product range and Danny was ever so helpful and gave us his full attention. Ed visited to do a basic measure and helped us with designs and colours etc and was very knowledgeable and there was no pressure to buy. We wanted a custom made stained glass landing window and as the price was so good we went for it! The surveyor Nathan visited next to do the final measures etc and was also very thorough and helpful. Jonathan and Logan came to fit everything over 4 days and were amazing. Their workmanship was excellent and they cleaned up every day. Throughout the process Emma in the office kept us updated and nothing was too much trouble. Thank you so much MPN.

The aftercare service provided by Emma was outstanding. She is friendly, professional and exceptionally knowledgeable. Due to my experience I would not shop anywhere else. I can highly recommend this company for their amazing customer service .

I have asked MPN Windows why they consider the peeling foil not to be a manufactures defect. So far no reply!
It is a pity that I cannot post the photographs on here.

An excellent service with an excellent product. The windows are great quality and could not be happier with the installation. John and Logan were very efficient and their work was spot on. 👌

My new conservatory is fantastic and the people who erected it were lovely...polite and considerate at all times.
After erection there were a few problems but they have been resolved efficiently and in a timely manner. I am a very happy customer. Just waiting patiently for the sun to shine now.

Had 2 new doors and a window
No hard sell and professional service
Fitters did a great job and will be back for more business with MPN

Amateurs to say the least.

After placing my order, MPN Windows surveyor attended my property to take accurate measurements which, for sake of good order, I asked to be double checked as the measurements were different to other surveyors I recently obtained quotations from. My goal here was to ensure there were no issues with my £11,300 order.

This led to some changes required for my new composite door and bay window as the sales rep and surveyor did not have the knowledge to discuss these elements during their visit, which also led to delays of my installation.

I called MPN Windows to ensure these changes had been passed up the chain, where I learned this had not been actioned as a result of poor communication within the company.

Once all the changes had been confirmed and the details of my order finalised over the phone, I received a call from MPN Windows two days later to say they are cancelling my order as they do not believe they are capable of satisfying my request.

During the call I asked why they felt this way and they put the onus on me as a problematic customer. I explained the above to MPN Windows, which he was unaware of, resulting in him referring to the management for reconsideration.

The next day, I received an email confirming that my order has been cancelled.

For a company to not feel confident with their services and be placed on the back foot from a non aggressive customer, resulting in them cancelling an order, clearly shows that corners are cut with their products and services, where customers do not raise concerns.

I have complete evidence of all communications between myself and the staff at MPN Windows proving the questions I raised were justified and in a respectful manner, which I aim more than happy to divulge.

I would urge people to reconsider other options if they have approached MPN Windows, to avoid the unprofessional service they deliver.

RESPONSE TO YOURS.........

The fact you have copied and pasted your response from other poor reviews, it is clear how amateur and incompetent you and MPN Windows are.

My review is purely based on your service with no ulterior motive. A customer should be well within their right to ask simple questions for clarity and confirm their order is correct, which I would NOT have received if I had NOT questioned, without the company falling into disappear and cancelling an order. This projects your incompetence and reinforces all the actual and REAL poor reviews you have.

I have all the evidence that I am more than happy to make public, which proves it is me that dodged the bullet.

Amazing quality . Had new door and windows installed. Very happy with the service and with the quality of work provided . Will highly recommend !

We highly recommend MPN windows. From the start we could tell we were in good hands, from the salesman to Nathan coming out to measure and the office staff sending us our appointments. Iestyn and Rhys have done a fantastic job of looking after us installing our new windows and doors! Highly professional service from start to finish. Thank you all at Team MPN 👍

Tidy

Just to name a few qualities.
I cannot praise this company enough. Lestyn and Rhys completed the work to a excellent standard and were happy to answer any questions, nothing was too much trouble. They didn't stop the entire time they were here and worked quickly.
After contacting the aftercare team to discuss some very, very minor snags Paul was quick to sort asap, he was very helpful, happy to answer any questions and again nothing was too much trouble.
Lestyn came out the following morning bang on 8:30 as promised and sorted the snags.
Thankyou MPN, the team have been great from start to finish. I would highly recommend MPN.

This was excellent from start to finish and appeared to represent a proper team effort.
Eddie gave an excellent open introduction to MPN, by far the best of the ones that I experienced.
Any potential problems were pointed out at the measurement stage.
Emma supported promptly and fantastically, throughout the process.
Iestyn and Rhys were excellent and managed both the project and the customer very well. Nothing was too much trouble for them at any point. They took a proper interest in their work and the time allowed for the job to be completed allowed them to take this interest and take their time to complete a proper job.
The very, very minor snagging on the job, was extremely quickly followed up and completed and Fensa certification was promptly received.
The promised follow up blinds were very quickly arranged with Mirage and Neil being very supportive.
Thanks very much indeed for a job very well done.

THE FIRST TIME YOU CONTACT THEM TO THE COMPLETION OF THE WORK THEY ARE SECOND TO NONE. THEIR WORKMANSHIP IS EXCELLENT. ALL THE TRADESMEN ARE OUTSTANDING. Excellent service and a hassle free transaction from start to finish. Our main door to our shop needed replacing whilst we were open for business and having a fridge installed. MPN were there bang on time and removed the old door in order to get our fridge in, they came back then when we needed them and installed the new door. Very pleased with quality and price, Dan and Dai were excellent and I would definately recommend this company. 5 Stars !!!

Brilliant job 3 windows and front door, look no further for new windows than MPN thank you all

Needed to change a couple of misted double glazed units. MPN provided a fast and efficient service at a competitive price. Fitters were great.

Had an issue with the lock on my door due to cold weather so called MPN. Within an hour it was sorted and not had a problem since. Absolutely excellent service as always.

Had two doors installed by MPN. Absolutely delighted with them and great service. You could decide what you wanted on their website from the start and no pressure sales unlike other local window companies who tell you what you have to have - rather than what you want. With MPN I got exactly what I wanted. Delighted. Many thanks indeed

Paul arrived .perfect timing. Polite quickly repaired my door. Thankyou.
