Metalphoto was responsive from the start, each stage of the process was handled professionally and timely. I would recommend to anyone!

Fast service and shipped in a reasonable amount of time. Probably could have used smaller packaging and saved on shipping but would definitely use them again.

They had exactly what I was looking for, with many options to choose from. The customer service was great and responsive, to all my questions and requirements.

My only criticism would be, when asking for a quote, there is some lag between the request and them sending out the requested information. That being said, its neither a deal breaker nor a problem, more of a observation.

The rep took a long time to understand exactly what we needed, what factors would affect the effectiveness of the label (outside elements, what it's being stuck to etc.). My team were very happy with the results.

We had a custom order and frankly I expected long delays. As it turned out - the only delays were on my end and they had lightning fast turnaround with every change and edit ( and we had more than a few) that we made. The plaque got to us faster than I ever imagined and it was EXACTLY what we wanted in size and look. Literally perfect.

Metalphoto of Cincinnati did a superb job making replacement plates for some of our equipment. The proofs sent were perfect, and we received the plates before expected.

They were great to work with and got the product out and for what I thought was a surprisingly reasonable price, that's all there is to it. The panels themselves were perfect as well.
