by some strange fluke there was an error to the printing of my back panel but it was all taken care of and I think metalphoto is great.

Not the best quality control. Prices have increased but it seems that panels do still ship without proper inspection of the printing quality and registration. Metals do have blemishes in the form of nicks and scratches from time to time. These issues have caused unwanted delays and unsatisfactory results. Quality is decent when the product is without defects - still a bit expensive these days, however.

We have several parts that are made by Metalphoto that always have to be returned for quality issues. Everything from missing ink to spots showing up from "dirt". We have worked with Metalphoto repeatedly with inconsistent results.

Great product, company reps are easy to work with and design issues are cooperatively resolved in a timely manor.

I've been doing business in a professional capacity with MPC for 8 years now. The people there are fantastic and I have never been dissatisfied with the service I have received. The work they produce is equally good. If you need the services they provide, choose them with confidence.
