I’ve given reviews about Mpowder before I stand by what I’ve said they are the best products for Menopause on the market. Whole natural ingredients clearly stated on the packaging, great customer support & I love the Masterclasses they offer if your a subscriber. I love & will continue to take Gut Instinct it really does help with IBS it really calms everything down, it’s one of those products if you don’t take it I really start to feel the symptoms returning. I’ve just restarted a 3 month subscription to Mood Food I’ve not taken it in a while & I'm really feel down it could be the time of year but having quite a few health issues recently which are constant pain really does drain me so hoping Mood Food can help.

As a Nutritional Therapist with W-Wellness, I’m very fortunate to be able to try many different supplements for women - and MPowder Peri-Boost is genuinely one of the standouts. It’s such a great powder, and it has quickly become one of my favourite daily rituals. I really value the quality and depth of the formulation. The natural ingredients in this Peri M Powder are reassuring and I actually feel this helps me. Couple of points ...it's hard to have as much as 30 grams 3 table spoons a day - there is a taste to it not unpleasant, but it's hard to consume quite this much daily. so perhaps better if it was more concentrated as I have less. Secondly the bag (my 2nd bag now) does not close. The powder gets into the seal. Packaging must be able to come up with something better?! But great nutrition supplement, that I will continue with and I would recommend.✨

Fabulous small business that listens to women - and acts! As a post breast cancer menopausal woman I have really struggled to find anything I can take to help relieve symptoms but after consultation with Dr Vera Martins, the resident doctor and formulator of the different products, I felt reassured and confident to take their Mood Food and Gut Instinct and they are helping. As a subscriber I was able to have a one on one session with Dr Martins and she advised some other supplements. There is a sense that this is a business by women for women and they really want to help whether it's with their products or others. I trust them and that makes all the difference

I had my first Naturopathic session with Dr Martins on Monday, she is so knowledgeable & recommended a few changes to how I use the powders & supplements for maximum effect plus how to get as much protein in my diet as possible. What I love about her is that she listens to you & understands what you are going through & how to improve the symptoms I am experiencing. I have started to make changes & already I am feeling fuller after breakfast & can last until lunch before I feel hungry again.
