I thoroughly recommend mood food from liminal, since taking this product I feel I have regained the confidence and motivation I had in my twenties. Liminal ensures ingredients are ethically sourced and high quality. As a customer I have access to their support and to regular interviews with leading experts in the field of menopause. Really love their products, their ethos and the contribution this company is making to the growing knowledge around this life stage.

I have been using Liminal (previously MPowder) since it’s beginning. I have felt the benefits from the beginning. I feel anchored by the community, the research and collaboration that grows the development of the product.
I love what I gain in terms of physical benefits as well as the emotional/wellbeing aspect too!

Ive been using their Periboost for months - Liminal is the new name for Mpowder - and I've definitely noticed a big improvement in my moods. Products and service are top quality but its also the community and support which i value (I follow on insta, and there is always stuff going on!)

Products that deliver and great customer service. I've been taking the Gut Instinct for a year and it's not only changed my gut health, but it's improved my mental health too! I take it with me everywhere, meals out, visiting friends, on holiday. The change in me has been incredible.

I did take a while to buy Peri-Boost- it’s not cheap- but then again it literally has everything in it! And so much support to. I recommend you do all of it- book time with their health team- it’s free- and they don’t do any hard sell- that way you know what product should work best. And then stick with it. 2 months in and I feel totally different. Less anxiety. More energy. And my skin and hair look good again.

I’ve been taking Mood Food from Liminal for about a month and a half now. I definitely feel much more balanced and feel like I have more energy through the day. The Liminal customer service people were super helpful in helping me find the right product for me as well. Highly recommend this company.

Can’t manage without my meno boost - I’ve been feeling so much better for months now. I’m using their newer supplements Mood Food and Gut Instinct too now … such a difference in my energy and digestion!

I ordered three products; delivery was really quick and there was a lovely magazine inside too - I always prefer print to another email on a screen. I started taking the capsules straight away and then introduced the powder after a week once I'd worked out how to integrate it into my morning routine (coffee time is sacred!) I know with anything it takes time to see the real impact but I can honestly say that when I didn't take the Peri boost and Mood food this weekend whilst I was away my anxiety rocketed again and I didn't sleep well so I won't be skipping days again! Haven't had my concierge call yet but love that they are included.

I absolutely love using Liminal products. They are of the highest quality, and most importantly they work.
I also love the community, you feel part of a nurturing and inclusive group of likeminded people.

Genuinely wouldn’t go on holiday without Mood Food! And found Peri_Boost game changing too. So surprised by the other reviews here as their customer service is so lovely…but I guess there nothing works for everyone. Worth checking out though- and reading the reviews they have on their site.

I bought the peri-boost powder. I had high hopes as I'd read some good reviews and the benefits were relevant to what I was looking to improve in terms of my wellness.
Sadly I couldn't get over how awful it tastes. I tried mixing it into different things, in different quantities. Generally the texture always became unpleasant and the taste simply awful. Disappointed. Ended up just throwing the rest away.

I got sponsored content from Mpowder but when I search beyond that I don't find a non-sponsored positive review. I'm surprised the product doesn't exist here. The only non-sponsored review was very negative - about its flavour, granted, which isn't the key point of taking MPowder, but, as I have spent a lot of money on products that have funny secondary effects, I want companies to get serious about genuine reviews in non-compromised spaces (like their own website, Amazon, etc). I dare MPowder to not make me spend £69 pounds to discover how good their product is, in exchange for reviews in neutral sites.
