Placed my order on Sunday 18/1/26. Order acknowledgement Monday 19/1/26. Order delivered Tuesday 20/1/26. Many thanks to all at the Tamworth branch. The driver was courteous and delivered my items... Ver mais
Didn't place order based upon no response to query ..yet they repeatedly send me reminders (several in as many days) to complete order.......seriously stop relying on cookies and provide good old huma... Ver mais
I dealt with the Tamworth branch, who's phone line is insessently engaged with only two lines. Once I got through the process was super great! I was a bit worried with some of the negative reviews... Ver mais

I have ordered 4 x radiators from Mr central heating online,which was being delivered by the bristol branch.I received an email with a delivery date,but as I work full time I called to ask if they could call half hour before,which they agreed would happen.On the day of delivery,I received a call from the delivery guy to say he was outside my house,luckily he agreed to wait till I drove home.only 3 x radiators were delivered and once I checked them all,all 3 x radiators were damaged,I immediately called the office,who asked for pictures of the damage,which I immediately emailed,but no reply from e mail.I called the office a few days later to ask what was happening, a gentleman answered and had no clue of the damaged order,he said hed find out and call back,which he did and said the order would be delivered first thing next day,which they were.Upon inspection of the now 4 x rads,2 x rads were damaged,I immediately e mailed pictures of 2 x damaged radiators,and this time received a reply by e mail to say that they would exchange 2 x damaged rads,but now they were out of stock.I had to wait till they were back in stock,after waiting a week or so I called the bristol office once again.Throughout this whole ordeal not once was I contacted,it was me doing all the chasing,the lady answered and said they were awaiting new stock to come in,I said that I had looked on their website and it said there was availability of stock,to which she replied oh the websites wrong,so I had to keep waiting..Then a random Wednesday morning at 7,30 a van turned up with 2 x rads to exchange,no call/e mail to say they were coming,after we got them exchanged I then checked and once again 2 x rads were damaged,so pictures sent and a call was made,they guy said he had checked them personally but only the flimsy packaging,I informed him that I checked them properly by unwrapping them and indeed they were damaged,we agreed to get a refund on the 2 x damaged rads and they would be with me first thing Thursday morning, This had now been a month from when i first ordered.I took a few hours off of work to wait,but surprise surprise no one turned up,I then called the office after work,to be told they forgot about it.I have now been promised that they'll be collected next Tuesday first thing,but I won't hold my breath,to be cont .....
What a hole this place is to work as a driver !!
Toxic atmosphere here between the drivers and the transport and depot manager that don’t know their backside from their elbow !!
Was relieved of my duties as an agency driver unfairly here over a missing stock item that I swore blind was not loaded on my vehicle.
The depot manager Lee needs to learn some man management skills as they are sadly lacking specially the way he kept having sniddy digs at me.
A fellow college of mine has also been relieved of his duties over a disagreement with the transport manager.
If you fight your corner here,the management don’t like it and throw you under the bus.
I only found out that my services were no longer required with a text from the agency on Monday 10th June.
That speaks volumes of the riff raff that run this place not even having the courtesy or decency to tell you face to face !!
AVOID AT ALL COSTS OF WORKING AS A DELIVERY DRIVER FOR THIS AWFUL EMPLOYER !!
Took over a month to get the tool I ordered in stock (didn’t bother telling me it wasn’t in stock I had to ring and find out). Told me to wait in all day Thursday for delivery but didn’t turn up. Received a call Friday from the delivery driver telling me he was 20 mins away even though I was back at work. They rung me the Wednesday after and advised me they’re not allowed to deliver to a block of apartments. Asked for a refund but was refunded £10 short. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Waste of time and money would not recommend
Avoid this rubbish company. Refuse to exchange or refund when item received damaged but as I was waiting for my boiler engineer I missed the 72 hours so called deadline and they wasn't interested.
Ordered new radiator, pipes and accessories from this company.
I was a little dubious after seeing the star rating and continued to read the reviews. Decided to take a chance and I'm glad we did.
All items delivered in good time, no damage to anything and delivered on the date they specified. Delivery guy was also great, waited while I checked for transportation damage (to which there wasn't any) and the radiator is now installed and working great.
I can't speak to the negative reviews, but our experience has been positive and I would use them again if needed.
This company is the REAL DEAL. I have used them 4 times now and they are superb. Website is good and well priced, instant email with delivery dates and never let me down. I contacted them about combining a delivery and they were super helpful on the phone. Today, Dan from the Tamworth branch delivered 8 radiators but I had ordered to my home address rather than the house we are doing up 2 miles away. No problem for Dan, he was happy to follow me up there and deliver to that address! Unbelievable service. Every company needs people like Dan. Can do attitude. Love Mr central heating, we won't use anyone else ever. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Although I approached online as they were the most competitive I found they had several UK branches and this meant I could get Human advice 🤣. I spoke to Macy at Bristol branch who went out of his way to help and give the best advice. My plumber was very impressed and delivery will be in two working days.

Cancelling an order because it went out of stock.
I purchased Google Nest Hub Max for £115.80 and the original was £106.80 BUT they wanted a £7.50 delivery charge which was already greedy.
After two days I received an voice mail from this company and they have mentioned the item was sold and they needed to cancel the order which was annoying where other people received their orders.
Checking on their website they have significantly increased the price which is very greedy and they could have said we could hold your order until the next restock but they didn't. 🤦🏽♂️

Refused my order and processed refund due to my location. No communication asking for alternative delivery address. When I asked why and offered an alternative address they simply weren't interested in winning my order regardless of delivery address. POOR attitude and customer service. REFUSED to give me a manager to speak to and don't have a phone number. I very much think I've dodged a bullet with this company.

Cheaper than a lot of competitors for the column radiator brackets I needed. Delivered on time by their own driver.

Exceptional, friendly service from the team at Park Royal. Danny went above and beyond by taking a product home with him so I could pick it up from his home nearby in time for an electrician visit the next day. Makes such a difference to deal with people who genuinely care about what they do and how they make their customers feel.

Ordered radiator and few accessories on 11/12/23 , got delivery date on 12/12/23 and delivery on 14/12/23. Not issues , nice easy process. Thanks

So, you have confirmed that 2 messages were sent and that I have no account with you (because you want to remove my feedback) but you have supposedly removed my account (because you say that I will need to re-register). Does it not meant that you HAVE created some sort of record on my (collected data) and I did not place any orders (as I said), and that you did send some messages (2 that you have confirmed)?
Did I lie about my experience with Mr Central Heating or is it simply a way to doctor your feedback?

First class service fast delivery much cheaper than all other quotes original part worked great, would go to again 5 star.
Update: things arrived as expected. Having spoken with other who've used then, they've had no issues. I'll chalk my experience to bad luck.
I ordered radiators and valves, they gave me a delivery date, on that day they called to say the driver was sick and they would not be delivered. I rearranged for the following Monday, I called at 4pm to be told they were not on the van and they'd be out Tuesday instead. I've just had a call to say the drivers had an accident (I hope they are ok) and they would not be delivered until tomorrow. I'm less confident in receiving the order by the day and it's just as well I ordered them weeks before I am getting them fitted.
The staff and contact have been great, but they need to sort out their delivery.
I'm not a tradesmen but if I was then this would surely impact my reputation.
Be warned.
Zero stars. Sent faulty radiator which was damaged. Refused to exchange or repair. DO NOT USE.

you cannot return the order you received because you opened it. You pay a lot of money and it's not even worth it. The device does not work and they tell you that you cannot return it and that you must call others. A very bad and unqualified company.
