Placed my order on Sunday 18/1/26. Order acknowledgement Monday 19/1/26. Order delivered Tuesday 20/1/26. Many thanks to all at the Tamworth branch. The driver was courteous and delivered my items... Ver mais
Didn't place order based upon no response to query ..yet they repeatedly send me reminders (several in as many days) to complete order.......seriously stop relying on cookies and provide good old huma... Ver mais

Taking money for boilers that dont exist and have huge delays had to wait and ring to find out what is going on . Promised ine waited another few days no call rang up still none. DO NOT TRUST MR CENTRAL HEATING YOU WILL BE CHASING AND BEGGING FOR A REASON .Remove items from website stop wasting peoples time.
Very bad service.
Ordered cylinder and phoned me the following day to advise that this would be delivered 4 days later at anytime of day.
I can’t run a business on long delivery times it’s not the norm in the industry at all been told now that it’s up to 7 working days delivery.
Shame as the last order they sorted out for me very quickly!
Don't know why my review disappeared. Bought salt tablets from here many times and was really pleased with the fast delivery by friendly guys. Recommended
I ordered a boiler package which turned out to be the wrong one (my fault, I did not read the description clearly). It was delivered promptly and when I came home and found it was wrong I got in touch the very next day to let the Sales team know. A couple of calls and emails were passed back and forth and I was able to order the correct one and organise for the wrong one to be collected with the delivery of the right one. It was a smooth process, the ladies on the phone were fantastic and the depot were cheerful and happy to help.
As an industry professional, it is really nice to find a company who are happy to help you with these sorts of things. My refund was processed very quickly. I will be using you for many more products and materials.

8 radiators ordered Friday, 7 delivered monday and one more delivered the following day. Couldn't ask for better delivery.

We were advised to purchase our new radiators for our new extension from this company (Tamworth branch)
The website looks promising as we required a special order colour. There is a link for this with hundreds of colours to choose from. After this point it all went downhill. We made a phone call to discuss our colour and radiator choices. The two ladies we dealt with seemed helpful and said they would phone their London branch to get a price on the colours as they were non standard. We must have made at least 5 phone calls to chase this up over the course of the next 3 or 4 weeks (long enough in my opinion to get a price quote ready) every time we were told they would chase it up. We explained we needed to order asap as the plumber and builders were waiting on this. They were always polite but have never returned our call to deal with our enquiry. We have actually given up and gone elsewhere after not hearing from them after yet another 2 weeks.
Are they that inundated with customer enquiries that they couldn't even let us know there was a hold up/problem? I doubt it. I just feel let down. It doesn't hurt to keep a potential customer updated and phone back as promised. If this is there customer service before actually placing an order I wouldn't like to think what it's like if there was a problem with a purchase! I recommend you avoid and find someone else.

Massively disappointed, rang on the Friday to confirm delivery of a boiler for the Monday. Comes round to Monday and they ring to apologise because they’ve sold the boiler so somebody else. Class

I bought several radiators, when one goes wrong, they will NOT honour the 10 year guarantee. Head office customer services are offensive to long standing customers like myself. Please DO NOT BUY FROM THEM. If you do, you will regret it. There is NOTHING good about this SHAM company who do NOT honour their guarantees they so readily advertise.

Ordered two new radiators online; despite a delivery advice items were not delivered on due date. Two emails via the ‘Contact Us’ facility on their website and several hours over several days trying to get through to the Tamworth branch, I can get no response.
Don’t buy from Mr Central Heating; their customer service is appalling.
Very bad customer service.
I bought an Vaillant thermostat a week ago and it was not good for my boiler, I've contacted the customer service and sended the picture as I just opened it. They said to send it back but today they send me an email and said they will send the item back because i've put the adress on the box. Very disappointed, in my life this is the first thing happened similar. Even exchange they don't want to do. When you are buying it is good for them when to do refund or exchange they find an excuse. What can I do with the device, and my £118 they don't want to return.

Warranty on products are not honoured they simply ignore you. Buy elsewhere legal scammers
Do not use this company. Sent me a code for free delivery. When I tried to use it three days later it did not work. Telephoned the company who said that it only lasted for 24 hours! I explained that the email I received did not state this and they were completely dismissive.

The customer service department were terrible - if you can get hold of them.
I would definitely NOT recommend them. I ordered a timer for my Glow-worm boiler, had it fitted only to find it was defective, my heating engineer said it didn’t looks like a genuine part.
I contacted Mr Central Heating by phone and then by email and didn’t get a reply for weeks, when I did speak to them they weren’t interested and said I should have it looked at by Glow-worm before they would except a return. I did contact Glow-worm and was told that Mr Central Heating were just being awkward. I had to open a case with PayPal to have it returned and get a refund. Start to finish this wasted 7 week with lots of emails and phone calls for an item that cost less than £50.

I have now had an email saying your item will be delivered on the 18th of February 2022.
Beware a scam and useless place to order from. I made the mistake of purchasing 1st time from this Cowboy company without checking the reviews.

Mr Central Heating: Invoice # 1000246936 for Order # 1000301172
Order was placed on 15/11/21 and was mean to be delivered on 29/11/21, no contact prior to delivery , no contact on the delivery day, no contact day after, some explanation was given by customer service which is much more looks like not real excuses, not all item will arrive, and late delivery, where is contact?! Why I have to track my order , it is your job to inform customers that there is some delays in the order or you cant send all items from the order. When payment was made delivery time showed was 3-5 working days, it is took two weeks and now I found out that you dont have items in stock, why do you sell them then, if so you have to add notice under every item that delay could be a month time ! ,you may need to add to your listing how many items you have in the stock and when exactly will it be delivered, and some one of your team need to contact customers and tell them if there is any problem, as well as some one have to be responsible for this situation.Waiting for explanation and contact.
Terrible customer service from their head office. In particular Tracey one of the team leaders in the contact centre. I would avoid using them at all costs. They don’t bother following up and returning items (once they finally delivered) is a nightmare. Avoid and go elsewhere.
Ordered radiators, received a delivery date, organised a plumber for it. Radiators never came, it wasn't easy getting in touch with customer service. Turns out the delivery was delayed however no one got in touch with me.
Was told someone would call me on the day the radiators are delivered, they didn't.
Got them in the end and managed to re-organise the plumber.
The guys at Mr Central Heating in Erith are absolute heroes. Rob, Lee, Jim and Mitch were patient, kind and went above and beyond to assist me. As well as being friendly, they’re also very knowledgable of the products and we’re happy to answer all my questions. Rob in particular really does have the patience of a saint! 5 star service that I would strongly recommend.
