Great experience
I had a great experience renting with Mr. Lodge. The whole process was smooth, and the team was super responsive, helpful, and easy to communicate with. The apartment was clean and all set up when I moved in, which made things a lot easier.
As an expat, finding a place in Munich can be pretty tough, but Mr. Lodge made it so much more manageable. Huge thanks to Marlies Niggl for being super supportive.
I’d definitely recommend Mr. Lodge to anyone looking for a reliable and stress-free way to find a place in Munich.

Gute Zusammenarbeit über Jahre hinweg
Für die Vermietungsleistung gebe ich volle Punktzahl . Wenn ein Kunde gefunden wird, ist der Service und die Zusammenarbeit von hoher Qualität.
Beim Technischen Service gab es in der Umsetzung zunächst ein paar Missverständnisse. Mr. Lodge hat sich jedoch mein Feedback zu Herzen genommen und eine gute und zufrieden stellende Lösung gefunden. Dafür gibt es ebenfalls volle Punktzahl.

Fantastic communication from the admin team and quick response time. Very flexible to all questions and scheduling changes especially Anna Dokter. Really friendly staff that showed us around fr different options as well and quality apartment listings.

A good solution for a new city
The "all-inclusive" formula allowed me to easily find an accommodation in the city where I was relocating to. The communication with the staff was very good, mainly via email.

Die Kommunikation mit Mr. Lodge war sehr gut. Leider war unsere Vermieterin extrem unhöflich und respektlos, weshalb wir leider keine gute Erfahrung gemacht haben. Auch sind die Preise meiner Meinung nach nicht fair.

Renting a flat with a dog in Munich in 2 weeks
My wife and I were able to rent a flat in Munich with a big dog in 2 weeks time in a great location with good public transport towards Munich city center.
As remote workers we found what we were looking for: nice flat in a quite place with internet and space to put our working tables.
Dedicated contact person from MrLodge was guiding us towards the process and this saved a lot of time.
What I would improve in the process.
More clarity to the customer what will happen next and how.
For example, it took some time to understand that email communication from MrLodge is usually done in the evenings.
MrLodge representative who showed the flat was 30 min late and he was the fist time in the flat also.
Keys handover were organised with another contact person from Mr.Lodge.
In my opinion coordination inside MrLodge can be improved.
And overall I am happy with MrLodge service and documents quality they provided during the process. I would definitely recommend this company,

We rented a house with Mr. Lodge recently and the process was very smooth. The house had exact amenities as listed in the website and the property has surpassed our expectations. For an expat who is searching for a new rental home with all the amenities, I would definitely recommend them to go with Mr. Lodge. Last but not the least, a big thanks to Giulia Fabiani who patiently answered all our queries and organised the handover process seamlessly.

Mr.Lodge is not trust worthy
Mr.Lodge is not trust worthy. They lean towards house owners and doesn’t help the tenants much.. they don’t help much when it comes to getting the deposit back. They don’t do pre-movein checks, rather they only do post movein checks which makes the owners comfortable to rob the tenants in terms of damages.

Ich war auf der Suche nach einer Wohnung für meinen Sohn und bin über meine Bekannten in München bei Mr. Lodge gelandet. Alles verlief reibungslos und alle Häuser, die er uns zeigte, waren von ausgezeichneter Qualität. Die Übergabe der Wohnung verlief auch super. Ich werde Mr. Lodge natürlich weiterempfählen.
