Delivery costs for 3 hollow metal bars ( 2 x 2.5 m and 1 x 0.6m) was very steep. Delivery from Melbourne to Adelaide.

The whole service was excellent.

When I arrived to view the scaffold it was even more than I expected.

The erected it on time and I have a nice working relationship with the team now.

I like there work, fast delivery good product no complaints. I looked at a few scaffold on ebay and was worried what quality they would be when they turned up. The boys at Mr Scaffold ensured me that is was the quality of a hire one that I use all the time and that was now bull.

From the moment I called to arrange the scaffold staircase, I was reassured I would get it on the date needed and at the time required. I promptly signed your documents and paid the cost in full. On the late afternoon on the day prior to delivery, I was called about delivery and reassured everything would be on time. I even received a voice mail from your rep that everything was in order and on schedule. I have this on record.

Subsequently, I made a final confirmation with my carpenter the night before, and committed to his work of demolishing the existing stair case. On the morning of the scheduled and confirmed scaffold arrival, and after my carpenter already commenced demolishing the internal stair case, I received a call from someone in your company (a male whose name I did not catch), who bluntly told me that Mr. Scaffold did not have the scaffold that was originally committed to and confirmed multiple times and that was already paid. I asked the man to help me find a solution and he said he could not. He also said to call someone else. That was the extent of his help. Then in frustration, I explained to him the entire process from commitment/order, payment and confirmation and went further to explain that this was our home where we were renovating and these temporary stairs were critical since we have 3 young children and an elderly grandmother who has major health issues. He reiterated that it was nothing that he could solve. I told him that he could do more than this and help to find a solution, and the reason we arranged a scaffold stair case was for safety and security, as the new stairs would not arrive for some days thereafter. For information, the carpenter was unable to come right before the new installation, as he had other commitments, so all arrangements were made on the basis of your scaffold being confirmed.

Your rep callously and rudely said, "what do you want me to do, pull the scaffold out of my a**".

Therefore, I called another 3 companies that morning and none could help. I called 3 builder friends and asked them for help, but no-one had an immediate solution. In desperation, I went to my neighbor and randomly asked if he could help with scaffold, to which he too replied that he could not, but he did own a scissor lift and asked if that would work.

I can tell you that it was certainly not ideal and it was extremely dangerous to operate a scissor lift with 3 children and an elderly grandmother, but it saved us. We were left without a stair case for 5 days and had to rely on the use of the scissor lift.

Therefore, it is absolutely clear that I would never recommend this company and will express my experience with this company to anyone who asks.

Hope this helps you to make real meaningful change within your organisation and not just pretend to take interest into customers through a computer generated feedback form.
