Predatory practices - I'd recommend staying clear of this new SC site. They use their terms and conditions selectively to take away all bonus SC. I played through multiple packs, and then they cancelled my redemption after it had been processing for well over two weeks and sent an email stating I had "violated terms".
This is dishonest, knowing a customer wouldn't have purchased these packs without the bonus SC. They basically tried to not pay out their bonus offer. I asked them for a resolution by 5pm ET today, requesting they refund all my purchases otherwise I will need to go to my bank for a solution.
I cannot recommend Mrsmaple - slow redemptions, poor offers, and selective interpretation of their policies (clearly against their customer's favor). This is not how you attract, or retain customers on a new site. Communication with support is slow. Redemptions are slow. I do not recommend this site.
