We’re so so happy.
I messaged Jayne (Mrs Muscle) out of the blue asking desperately if they could do a clean, after our whole family was hit with influenza and I got pneumonia! Therefore my depression had hit rock bottom. Our bathrooms (especially) floors, kitchen needed a general tidy up just to ease our minds.
We we’re having an inspection and our landlord is not one to put her hand in her pocket 🙄
Jayne explained this is not what they usually do but could sense the urgency and without hesitation booked us in.
Communication was fantastic and formalities done, we are so happy with the outcome. This has completely helped my anxiety and for feels like a really long time I slept so well knowing everything was so clean

I have never used a cleaning company before to help with my end of lease clean, I normally try to do it my self but sadly I have let my old property go, I decided to reach out to Mrs Muscle Cleaning to assist with cleaning my home so I could get my bond back. The communication was amazing and Jayne was very responsive and was able to fit me in.

The team that came out were very approachable and you can tell that they have an eye for detail and know what they are doing. I came back into the property and was amazed that this was that same home. I can't thank you guys enough and I will defiantly use this company in the future!!

Mrs Muscle Cleaning clearly communicated with us through the whole process, including deciding a date, quotes and payment process. We requested unscented products to use for someone with allergies, and they researched and found appropriate products. They went above and beyond our expectations and delivered a great spring/deep clean.

We also appreciated that when they had unwell team members, they contacted us as early as possible to explain they don't want to put their staff or us at risk and organised to reschedule within a week of the original date, working around our preferences.

Multiple things missed, emails received were really unprofessional and rude.

EDIT: Thankyou for proving how unprofessional your company is with your response. I misunderstood your instructions, this does not make me a liar, it’s actually unprofessional to accuse a customer of this.
And as for the realestate agent report, You did not request this in the end, I did in hopes they would find additional poor qualities of the clean, however they did not as like I said me and my partner cleaned up after your company. And can you please take down the location of where I work as that is a huge breach of my privacy.

It was my first time using Mrs Muscle’s Cleaning for an end of lease clean and it was also the first time a real estate agent has not called back due issues with the cleaning.

I have used cleaning companies in the past for end of lease cleans and the agent has always had issue(s). To be honest, you get what you paid for, I paid half the price with other cleaning companies and I definitely got what I paid for!

Mrs Muscel’s were very easy to deal with, very friendly, open and honest!

We had a recent vacate clean from the Mrs Muscle team. From the initial communication they were prompt to reply, clear with costs. The clean itself was impeccable, couldn’t fault a thing. Also very timely given the large task.

Super friendly staff who put in 150% to help you out!! Could not fault a single thing they did. No mucking around they just get straight in and work sooo hard.

Tracey, Jayne and co did an amazing job with our house when our tenants moved out! Took a very stressful situation into a little more pleasant situation!! They were able to fit me in really late notice and even did another job for me that was a little out of the ordinary! Tracey was very punctual and a superstar! Think so highly of them, will definitely recommend them to friends and family and use them again in the future.

Mrs Muscle cleaning have done a fantastic job on our vacate clean. The house is now cleaner than when I moved in! The team were professional, prompt and lovely to deal with, I highly recommend them.

Engaging the assistance of someone to do an end of lease clean was a challenge, with so many good and bad reviews out there.
I have to say, that from start to finish, Jayne & Adam from Mrs. Muscle Cleaning were amazing. The communication and rapid response was to be commended, and the girls who attended the property did an awesome job to make the place sparkle again. My bond came back without a hitch.
