Hi. We are sorry to hear you are frustrated. However, this is simply not our wrong doing. We dispatched the item in due time and provided you with a tracking number. You didn’t answer the door when the courier attempted to deliver numerous times. You then instructed UPS to leave the item on your doorstep which comes with many risks. This case will be looked into further.

In fact, the item that you purchased (Air Jordan 11 Gamma 2013) we actually got directly from Nike. There is no way at all that they are not genuine. Please confirm your information before making a claim like this as it can negatively harm our business despite not being true.

Overpriced faulty trainers
The fact that I've paid £170 for a pair of trainers that are discoloured and cant return it is not fair. Wish I had seen the disclaimer before I purchased them. Now I'm stuck with a pair of trainers that look nothing like the ones I ordered. Do not recommend this website.
