We’re sorry to hear you feel this way. We always aim to make sure every order is delivered smoothly and keep customers updated throughout the process.

In this case, the order was shipped with UPS and tracking showed multiple delivery attempts were made. We also provided the relevant delivery information and worked through the matter when it was raised.

We appreciate that delivery issues can be frustrating, but we always do our best to support our customers and resolve any concerns fairly.

Hi Kimerletha, we are sorry to hear that you are frustrated. However, we can guarantee that our items are 100% authentic and genuine. In fact, the item that you purchased (Air Jordan 11 Gamma 2013) we actually got directly from Nike. There is no way at all that they are not genuine. Please confirm your information before making a claim like this as it can negatively harm our business despite not being true.

We’re sorry for the frustration caused with your order. After looking into this, we found there was an inventory system error which meant the item shown as available was unfortunately not actually in stock.

We understand this is disappointing, especially as you selected express delivery, and we apologise for the inconvenience and delay this caused. We’ve reviewed the issue internally to help prevent this happening again.
