Young, Happy Quilter’s
I have thoroughly enjoyed the Mrs Quilty boxes. I have learnt new skills and brushed up on using my sewing machine with the step by step instructions. My grandchildren have also been keen on learning to sew, making their own bookmarks. We look forward to each box every month. The children love picking out the beautiful material to complete their project. The online instructions have helped and are so clear and easy to follow. Whenever we needed some extra help customer service have been exceptional with answering our queries and always available to talk too.

I had enrolled in a subscription box and somehow got two subscriptions and I’m SURE it was my fault because I didn’t pay attention to which email address I used; I assumed it was the one I normally use. It wasn’t. But the team was absolutely amazing. They found my account (s) and sent my patterns and deleted the extra subscription I somehow managed to do. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Thank you for your patience and help. ❤️

I had my second box arrived and it was covered in oil and smelt disgusting I contacted customer service and had an almost immediate response they have kindly agreed to replace the box at no cost to me. I'm so pleased as I love the quality and want to continue with them. Thank you Mrs Quilty team! X

The quilt box is excellent value.
The quilt box is excellent value with 12 fat quarters of cotton fabric, quality free gifts and a booklet with quilting instructions. Also there are a good number of cute toy patterns to download. A great box for beginners as all the fabrics blend and there are choices of different things to make with detailed instructions and video tutorials.
I accidentally deleted my email with the free patterns and when I contacted Mrs Quilty I had a prompt reply and was sent a new link to the patterns. I can’t fault the service. I have been sewing for over 60 years so I know quality. When I received my first box I was most impressed.

I'm 5 months in now and finally got…
I'm 5 months in now and finally got around to doing my 1st box. I must say, I love the booklet that comes with it. Full color, easy to read instructions plus QR codes for tutorial videos. My 1st block was a good learning experience. I did well but let's say I know what area I need to work on more LOL.

While I appreciate the email with a discount, my question was not answered. The question I posed was that there are individual patterns to purchase on the site. I wanted to know if those patterns were included in the pattern subscription. Lol, so if they are, the lovely discount won't really help. If not, I could actually use it.

Some of the plushie patterns and patterns from our collection are included as part of the Pattern Club subscription. However, not all patterns available for individual purchase on our website are included in the subscription. The Pattern Club also features exclusive patterns that are only available to subscribers and cannot be purchased separately.
You are welcome to use the discount code to purchase any individual pattern that catches your eye. If that same pattern is later included in the Pattern Club subscription, just let us know and we'll be happy to provide a replacement pattern of your choice.
We hope this helps clarify things, but please let us know if you have any other questions, I'm happy to help!

I had to reach out with a subscription query via email. I got a quick response to my original email, and everything I asked was explained to me. It was explained when I was being passed to a different team, and again responses were really quickly responded to. All emails were really helpful and polite, and I won’t hesitate to reach out again if ever I need to!

I usually don’t do surveys, but I find that this one deserves the full five stars rating. I had a question about upgrading my subscription, because I love my first box I got. I sent an email, and was notified not even ten minutes later. If that person sent my question to another person, again not even ten minutes I had another email. What great serve. Great job team. I will be a long time customer. I find this will be a great way to learn how to quilt. I can’t wait to get started.
