The installation was delayed because of Covid restrictions and as a consequence took longer than anticipated. However the work was well done and the finished windows and frames were excellent and we thought very good value for money.

Salesman was honest not pushy and no need to negotiate or hassle him to better his offer, the quote was very competitive. Job required scaffolding which was very well and quickly erected. This was a small job (two windows and a kitchen door). George the fitter was friendly hard working and did an excellent job in only 6 hours. He left the place clean and all the finishing was first class. He even fixed our conservatory door and guttering while he was here. I had no problems when ringing Mr windows and was always dealt with efficiently and respectfully. The product is really nicely made. I will certainly be recommending Mr Windows and will be returning for any future needs. Buy from them, you won't be disappointed...

Had windows fitted in 2013. There were a few teething problems at the beginning and a leak that were fixed but I now have seven windows with condensation. This is a ridiculous amount! I know people to have had theirs for much longer and they have not had that many (if any) go. I'm sorry but I wouldn't recommend them as I have been told that for that many to blow, poor fitting was the reason.

I was very apprehensive, having our windows and doors replaced as you hear so many bad stories about this industry. After a lot is searching I decided to go with Mr Window, as they’re reviews were good and also reasonable value. The process was simple and they didn’t pester me. When I finally placed the order, and they turned up to fit, unfortunately due to an error they sent a door that would open on the wrong side. The fitter flagged this to the office and they called me, after a short, present discussion they explained that they would make a new one and send out now!!
This arrived in the afternoon abs was duels fitted.
All damaged due to rip out was repaired and the fitted cleaned up excellently.
I would highly recommend, and once my planning is agreed, I will be getting the front of my house completed too.

Just had double glazing fitted throughout the house with leaded squares. I am absolutely delighted with the quality of the windows. Mr. Windows quoted a very reasonable price, came on exactly the day they said and the staff were wonderful, got on with the job, finished in good time and cleaned and removed all the materials etc. definately 10* Wendy/Westcliff on sea.

Within a few years of installation many of the windows have blown and are of poor quality. Took me 6 months to get Mr Windows to acknowledge that my warranty was valid - even though I sent them the documents - only on the mention of legal action did they decide to send someone round who subsequently took inaccurate measurements. Tried to charge me a huge labour cost to get them replaced under my guarantee! Still the work is incomplete so will find someone else to replace their poor quality windows - avoid this company as any guarantee isn't worth the paper it's written on.

I had not long moved into my present house with my son after a separation. The first job was to get new windows and front door, not a cheap project for a single mum. All went well to start with, all fitted ok. Had a problem with the front door, but someone came and and got it sorted. During lockdown I had plenty of time to get stuff done; I was going to fit a blind in the kitchen when I noticed a problem with trim around the window. The previous owner must’ve had a blind and had left the brackets up to which I hadn’t noticed. So, instead of the fitter asking me if I want them taken down because they was in the way of the trim, he cut round them. So now I have took them down I have gaps in the trim which looks unsightly. I have been in contact constantly since April and now my emails and messenger messages are being ignored. Not a very good aftercare considering the cost and for the sake of a couple of bits of trim it has left me with no faith in this company and unfortunately for them, other projects I was going to use them for, I will be going elsewhere.

Mr windows carried out our installation of 2 doors to perfection, Dominic was very professional hard working and polite we couldn't be any happier 10/10

May I say what a wonderful service I received on the fitting of french doors to my cabin. The fitter Tony was very professional and polite as was my dealings with Glen the surveyor. I had a query a few days later and someone was sent round the next day to investigate (not that there was anything wrong).
I would strongly recommend Mr.Windows to anyone & will look to be using them again soon

Thank you for a speedy repair. Due to the extreme heat last week a pane of glass in our sky lantern had shattered, in less than an hour from reporting this to Glen we had two Very helpful gentleman at our home. They cleared the shattered glass that was out of reach, helped me move the furniture, made the repair water tight and also measured for a replacement. Thank you again for your great service and communication.

Great service received from Mr Window. My nan who's elderly and vulnerable contacted Mr window about her patio doors being unable to lock and felt very insecure in her own home worrying about someone being able to just walk in. Mr window sent out an engineer straight away. The guy who attended was professional, identified the problem causing this and resolved the issues immediately. I would like to thank those at Mr window for their help. The service was great and I would highly recommend them. Thanks to Mr window my nan can now relax and feel secure in her home again

I had a lot of work done by this company back in 2013. I have recently had a problem with my front door and am unable to lock it now. When calling them today 22/06/2020 to ask for a service call to fix the problem I was told that they had checked their records and the door was fitted in 2013 and was no longer under warranty. I perfectly understood this and was willing to pay for the work to be done however the service department were not interested and said that I could get anyone to fix it. Well goodbye Mr Window I had hoped to get some other windows replaced as well but your company is obviously not interested in previous customers who spent a lot of money with you.

I used Mr Window to replace my front door with a composite door &
surround with which I am very pleased, both with design and construction of the product also the efficient and clean way the fitter did his job. I used Mr Window again as they had previously made and
installed my conservatory. I would recommend Mr Windows products to others as I have already done with good results.

Quality products and first-class workmanship we had new French doors fitted and a new composite front door and a new kitchen door they were extremely clean and tidy. We would highly recommend this Company to anybody looking to have new Windows or doors installed.

There is no other word to use other than 'superb'. Everyone we have dealt with from Mr Window, from the very first call-out to the final visit today to fix a very minor problem/defect from the main installation, has been wonderful, friendly, efficient and so professional. The windows are top quality, look amazing (they are still so clean!) and keep the warmth in and the sound out brilliantly. We had an almost complete refit at our property (bar a front door and a bathroom window, which was newer/still good), and for the quality of the products and service we have received, the price was phenomenal. Our fitter, Dominic, worked so hard and was very clean and tidy. All necessary plaster repairs were carried out and done very, very well. We would not hesitate to recommend Mr Window to anyone and would come to them with future business without a second's thought.
