Battery stopped responding
Battery stopped responding, no help, no return, no warranty. Ive tried multiple times to request assistance and you have my order number. But no response to email or request for refund, or live chat. I'll gladly remove negative review, when i see a refund. Red light battery suddenly stopped responding to charge. Original battery still functional.

Fast delivering and good product
Fast delivery and good product. The battery fitted very well in my MSI Delta 15 and it feels like new again. Maybe the autonomy is not the same as the original, but it works well.

The battery only gives me an hour and…
The battery only gives me an hour and 15 minutes. The old one I replaced was giving me just under an hour. Not much of an increase and no where near the life of the original battery when the laptop was new.

Slow and DOA.
It took eight days from the day they shipped until it arrived in my mailbox. They could have used USPS and had it arrive in half the time.
When it arrived, it had absolutely no charge in it, even though most companies ship them with a small charge so that the battery never discharges completely. Only time will tell if it was damaged.

Replacement Battery
So far, a very great experience with this website considering my doubts at first.
I was having difficulty finding my battery model and so I had to unscrew the backing of the MSI laptop in order to get it.
After a quick google search, this website popped up and honestly had better pricing than other websites (half price quite literally).
I ordered the night of July 13th and received it a week later, which is not bad at all. The website also included a tracking number with my order (very helpful indeed and assured me that I can further trust this website a bit more).
The replacement battery arrived in a rectangular slim box wrapped neatly in bubble wrap and inside a bag along with a mini screwdriver and a star head screwdriver.
I installed it a few days after its arrival, let it charge overnight and when I unplugged the laptop to use (since I had a battery that would no longer hold a charge) I won't lie when i say that I was scared that the laptop would suddenly die on me yet again, but nothing happened, and it has held its charge for hours still.

The shipping was 10 days BUT
The shipping was great only took 10 days but the battery does not hold up unless the charger is connected. I really wish the battery would have work. I submitted a return application and have yet heard from anyone. It’s best to buy an original equipment manufacturer battery for your laptop.

I was hesitant to use an overseas…
I was hesitant to use an overseas company, but I gave them a try as their prices were very good.
I was very impressed with with the speed of dispatch and delivery. Tracking number was provided and legitimate.
The packaging was the most professional I've ever seen.
I've only used the battery to charge, discharge and recharge for one cycle but it appears to be of good quality.
