Great experience with MSI. They are always there when I have a question.

so far I havent seen any actual results. I signed up for the svc for two specific items on my credit report and I am 120 plus in and Ive seen no change for either Item.

I came with a distrustful attitude because I paid a previous company who did nothing to help me with my credit. With MSI I'm getting results. I see progress. They gave precise verbal and written instructions I had to follow so I could do my part. I was part of the process the whole time. I knew what was going on the whole time.

Within 7 days of signing up with MSI the agent that guided me through the contract process and promised to be my advocate left MSI or was no longer reachable, from that point forward all collaboration stopped, putting the burden on me to call, email, and ask them questions on status. When MSI called back they played cat-and-mouse by email and phone with a different representative, every time, that didn’t even read notes on the account, or provided really basic information. 60-days in, MSI was only checking 2-of-3 bureaus, forcing me to resolve an issue they promised to fix. At the end of 144-days nothing was removed from my credit not even the misspelling of my name or incorrect residential addresses which should have been the easiest items to resolve, this led me to cancel before spending another $138/month; at cancellation I've spent $1,198.

Additional issues: MSI shared my SSN & Password information in an unencrypted manner by email. One of my credit bureaus let me know by mail that requests were being sent incorrectly by MSI Client Services, but MSI dismissed the issue. 60-days in I started receiving text messages and emails from a mortgage lender representing themselves as MSI or associated with MSI, without permission; after I asked them to stop, the mortgage lender kept calling, texting, and sending emails; I eventually marked it as spam and blocked the numbers on my phone.

This was an expensive and unproductive experience on a simple credit matter, MSI just sent demand letters to recipients without a strategy or tactical awareness. In my opinion I would not recommend their services based on my documented experience.

Additional notes to consider:
“MSI will refund to client initial service fees”, I’d suggest reading the 1-star reviews on this site to seek clarity in this statement.

MSI’s response to some customers posting negative reviews contain personal and financial information, this is concerning to me as a reader/reviewer/consumer, again read the 1-2 star reviews posted on this site.

I just bought MSI gpu. GPU, I am extremely happy away. RTX 3060 is amazing GPU, . I love the design and appearance. Price is great. Great item. It is just perfect in all ways.

Blake Wood will promise you the moon, then deliver it. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone needing MSI’s services, he follows up constantly, you have to take care of your end, he takes care of his.

I just reached my 60 days with MSI Credit Solutions. My credit score has gone up more than I thought It could in this short amount of time. I've had such a great experience with MSI so far My personal credit consultant Jaron Grosse is amazing. Jaron has been honest and up front with me on how the process works. He responds to my text promptly and checks in with me at least 3 or 4 times a month. I know with MSI Credit Solutions I'm not just another number. Jaron took the time to get to know me and asked my reason to improve my credit score. Then he set up a plan to help me reach my goal. I want to let people know you have to do your part and they will do there's. I am so happy with the service from MSI Credit Solutions. I recommend you ask for Jaron if you get a chance to choose who your personal credit consultant will be.

I highly recommend Andrew Dicker and the entire team at MSI. They were able to help me remove items that had been paid off years ago, thus raising my credit score by 120 points in 3 months. I had been trying on my own for years with no success. Well worth the investment.
