Paid $2000 for my husband and I and not one account was resolved. Big waste of money. Do not recommend. Lost out on my hard earned money. Tried to reach out to my credit specialist and received no feed back.

They will tell you they’re working on your account for months until they bleed you they didn’t do nothing on my account and I still paid for nothing I wouldn’t do it again.

If you are thinking of using MSI credit repair.... DO IT!!!! Believe it or not I found and started following Blake Wood on TikTok. I watched a ton of his informative videos and then made the decision to comment asking for more info. He immediately messaged me, we set up a time to chat and he really impressed me. Blake was very knowledgeable, open to answering any questions, very down to earth, easy going, easy to get in touch with, explained the whole process step by step and gave me all the tools to get my credit back in good standing. It took only maybe 4 months of him working on my account before I received a call with fantastic news!!! He called me and told me my credit was completely cleared. Not a single drop of debt!!!!! He was able to fight on my behalf to clear it all!!!! Blake Wood recommend what to do now to build my credit score back up again, which to me is going above and beyond. He then told me they will no longer be charging me monthly bc that have done all they can do. I didn't have to track him down or make a bunch of calls for MSI to stop the auto pay. HE called ME!! As a busy, full time working, single parent he made choosing MSI one of the best choices I've made to better my life for my son and I. What made my experience great, well I’m going to start with , Kaleb Young has amazing customer service skills . I loved how he showed empathy and answered any questions and concerns I had . Explained the process very thorough, he didn’t sound like a robot. Just when I thought like giving up and there was no fix to this. He reassured me there’s always room for growth. He educated on ways to raise my credit score. It’s amazing what this company does and I can’t wait to see the results . I’m happy I chose to make that phone call. My husband also had his consultation today and he insisted I call because these people are great.

So I previously worked with Jameson Jefferson and he was amazing and helped fix my credit. Just as life has happened I need to fix my credit again and low and behold I get an email from Jameson right on time. I sent a text with my information and hoping I get to work with Jameson again!

They have a priority issue
They have a priority issue. Priority should involve taking care of their clients concerns, however, whether they provided a friendly service... they did not take care of the issues we had addressed. We paid them fully, and eventually dropped them, because we did what we had asked them to do! My spouse had a school loan, addressed it with them and told them that we wanted this to be highest priority. He went to check it out, and successfully got it removed from his report. This was after 3 months with them. That's when we canceled their service. Friendly but NOT professional. It's all an act.

LUIS IS AWESOME!
So far Luis has been very helpful and communication is on point especially being a little hesitant about this because giving out this information to a random person from tiktok scares people. If you are in the same boat as me I promise that Luis is a trustworthy guy and he will get those negative items removed as quickly as he can. If you want to see the results quickly I would suggest buying the VIP because if you don’t then it takes a little bit longer because he does one bureau at a time if you have the regular.

Good customer service someone always…
Good customer service someone always answers the phone. Overall my experience has been less than expected. They have had one item removed from my credit so far in the past 4 months not sure if it’s worth the money so far close to 1000$ not sure if that justifies the removal of one item but was told it is a 6 month program so will update my review at that time.
