I had a terrible experience with MSI Credit Solutions. They took my money and promised to fix my credit, but after FOUR months of waiting, absolutely NOTHING changed! They make you pay upfront, then completely stop caring about your case. Every time I reached out, they gave me excuses and false promises. They are dishonest, unprofessional, and only after your money. Do NOT waste your time or hard-earned cash on this scam! I regret ever trusting them. Stay far away!

Thank you for submitting your review. After reviewing our records, we noticed that you enrolled in our services in May 2023 but have been inactive for 19 months. You chose to cancel prematurely after one of your accounts was validated, an issue outside our control. While we made sure to explain other available options and emphasized that we could still work on your remaining accounts, you decided not to proceed.
It's important to clarify that we charge in arrears, meaning that payments are only processed after significant work has been done, as outlined in the service agreement you signed. Since you did not complete the full six-month program, you did not meet the conditions for our money-back guarantee, which requires full participation.
Additionally, we were surprised to learn that you initiated a chargeback with your bank, claiming unauthorized payments. This contradicts the signed service agreement and the charges processed according to it. Given that you already received a refund, it's unclear why you're now leaving a negative review nearly two years later.
We stand by our services, but the lack of results is a result of your failure to meet the obligations of the program. Had you completed the program as agreed, the outcome could have been different.

Literally wasted 2k for my credit not to increase. Currently working on letters myself. I advise anybody to try first before paying someone else, because you might have to do it any.

**Update to MSI complaint.** I was grateful I was given the opportunity to write my experience and to allow others to know of the significance of my situation. I was particularly impressed that someone at MSI acted on my suggestion, which was to call me if they wanted to understand my point of view. I had a wonderful conversation with Vanica from MSI; she addressed my question but gave me constructive information that I could work with and continue my research for me to make a decision I'm comfortable with. She also addressed what happened with her associate, heard the recorded interaction, and understood what he did wrong. Hopefully the person gets more training, and hopefully current/future customers don't have to deal with something like that. But I was very impressed how they took action and tried to fix the problem. Thank you Vanica and thank you MSI. I appreciate MSI's commitment to customer satisfaction and look forward to continuing to do business with you.
