I too have been scammed by this company , they send me an inexperienced cleaner who had never cleaned before. And when I cancelled they also continued to take payments . Again they don’t answer emails or calls . Please do not use this agency . Avoid at all costs

I would avoid this company at all costs. Having cancelled their services they continue to take money from my credit card and do not respond to emails or phone calls.

I used MTL because my regular cleaner was off sick but the cleaner that came was extremely unreliable. My regular cleaner came back so I cancelled the MTL cleaner through the firm without complaining. Unfortunately, I didn’t cancel my MTL subscription and they have taken £97.50 from my account. I have tried on numerous occasions to speak to someone about getting this money refunded but have had no success and nor has anyone had the courtesy to return my calls, Thoroughly fed up with firm.

This company is a really a scam whether that is their intent or not.
I noticed they have removed their Google page so their bad Google reviews are no longer visible and I can't leave the review that I said I would there.
I am only giving 1* as I can't leave a negative number!
I booked this cleaning service but the first red flag should have been that when I paid [name redacted] asked me for the bank code that is sent to my phone which comes by SMS with the important message that it should not be given to anyone else. He assured me this was just the way his payment system worked but thankfully I wasn't comfortable with it and paid via an alternative method.
[Name redacted] was the cleaner that was selected for me and she was supposed to meet me and see the house before she started which she eventually did after a series of delays one of which included a hospital trip. Surprisingly enough she did actually turn up on the day that she was supposed to although she was an hour late despite apparently living within walking distance from my house.
However, turn up was about all she did. She spent 3 hours in my house which I had left tidy so that all she had to do was clean but she didn't even manage to clean my single bathroom or dust the furniture or get the cobwebs. And to think that I even tipped her for her service in the faith that next time would be better! I never saw her again, the next time I left my house before she arrived and she was a no show with zero communication. I contacted MTL immediately but there was no answer and I only eventually managed to make contact with him when I witheld my number and he answered my call immediately obviously hoping that I was a new customer.
The original cleaner actually "out of the blue" contacted me the same day ( how was I not surprised?) and said she would come the next time she was due... She did not.
MTL then scheduled me a new cleaner... Guess what... She delayed pre-viewing my house due to a hospital trip. Now, I love to give the benefit of the doubt but really the coincidence is not lost on me.
I signed up using their 50% off your first clean offer but apparently that's not applicable to the service I used although there is no mention of it being only applicable to certain services and he wasn't willing to refund me the 50% even as a goodwill gesture, however, 6 months after I signed up I'm still waiting for the refund he was going to give me that would be in my bank within 5-7 days for 3 months worth of missed cleans.

I have set this up on behalf of my elderly parents who are unable to do the bigger jobs around the home. The cleaner Maria is fantastic and doesn't need to be told what to do.
She always stays for a cup of tea at the end which is very nice. Service overall is great and very easy to set up.
