Munro has quite literally changed my life. Weight loss aside, I have followed this group for the past 2 years and will continue to do so until I have learnt how to maintain better. I have been in and out of deficit, but overall the weight I have lost has primarily stayed off (give or take half a stone). This has nothing to do with sticking with a ‘plan’ but everything to do with what I’ve learnt about me. My attitude towards food, my attitude towards myself, my habits both good and bad. I’ve had so many people ask ‘how have you done it?’ ‘I want to look like you’ ‘you look so strong and healthy!’ I will ALWAYS say, head to Munro. You don’t need faddy diet plans and quick fixes, you need this…..education. There’s a lot initially to get you’re head around, but stick with it, see it as an investment of your time into you. It’s all you deserve.

Munro Method Nutrition has been life changing for me, no more disgusting ‘fat burner’ soups as of my old diet attempts, just a normal healthy lifestyle that fits in with my family. The fortnightly check in’s with the coaches give support and the daily posts and resources are very helpful.
