Pessima esperienza, appartamento City Aurora a Merano molto sporco, tv priva di telecomando,(ho trovato una cicca dietro il comodino) riscaldamenti non funzionanti e pieni di polvere, divano bucato con bruciature da sigaretta, al terzo piano privo di ascensore ,( senza descrizione dettagliata ) ma la cosa più brutta è che NON è INSONORIZZATO e quindi la notte NON SI DORME evitate ...di prenotare a MAI PIU' !!

In merito al riscaldamento, siamo dispiaciuti che le soluzioni proposte dal nostro team non abbiano incontrato la Sua disponibilità nel momento della segnalazione.
Riguardo alla pulizia e all’isolamento acustico, ci rammarica venirne a conoscenza solo ora. Se informati durante la Sua permanenza, saremmo intervenuti immediatamente per verificare la situazione e rimediare a qualsiasi svista.
Per quanto concerne la conformazione dell'edificio, indichiamo sempre con trasparenza la presenza delle scale e il piano dell'appartamento in tutte le nostre descrizioni. Qualora avesse avuto esigenze specifiche di mobilità, saremmo stati lieti di indirizzarla verso una delle nostre soluzioni a piano terra o con ascensore, così da garantirLe un soggiorno senza sforzi.
Faremo comunque tesoro delle Sue osservazioni per continuare a monitorare la struttura e migliorare i nostri servizi.

Wij hebben afgelopen week voor 5e x accommodatie gehuurd.
Goede service en bereikbaarheid. Accommodatie is altijd keurig schoon en van alle gemakken voorzien.

We understand your disappointment regarding the ski pass voucher. As previously mentioned, it is up to the guests to inform us of their intention to ski, because not every one requires the service. A simple call to our office at the time of purchase would have been enough to have it ready immediately. We apologize for the inconvenience, but this is not something the agency can be held responsible for.
We’re always there to assist our guests and we are sure your next stay will be completely hassle-free.

Die Wohnung in Garda ist sehr schön, sauber, hat eine gute Lage und die ist perfekt eingerichtet.
MUSE.holiday ist ein super Gastgeber. Die Abwicklung war unkompliziert und die Kommunikation funktionierte wunderbar.

Best in class apartment quality/price
The apartment has perfect location, very clean, full of amenities, with a lot of space to leave your belongings. Everything is very well explained and it’s very easy to contact Muse if you have any queries. Super helpful and made our stay perfect. I will book with them again! Hopefully can be back next year!

My experience with Muse Holiday was…INCREDIBLE
My experience with Muse Holiday was absolutely fantastic. It started off a bit chaotic, as we initially planned to book through a platform, but they offered us an incredible deal for a direct booking, and it turned out to be the best decision.
The apartment felt like something out of a fairytale: beautifully designed, well-equipped, and incredibly cozy, perfect for a winter escape.
We will definitely be back.

Het contact met Muse verliep zeer goed. Er werd vriendelijk en snel gereageerd. De communicatie voor vertrek vond ik wat overdadig, waardoor je juist door de bomen het bos niet meer ziet.
Het appartement in St. Christina in de Dolomieten voldeed volledig aan de verwachtingen. Het had een uitgebreide inventaris en ruim voldoende, heerlijk zachte handdoeken. Wat ik wel heb gemist is informatie over de liften en een skimap. Daardoor was het lastiger oriënteren op de eerste dag.

Great experience with Muse
Was a pleasure to rent a beautiful apartment in the centrum of Meran. I had a great experience with Muse agency, the communication was great, they answered my questions very quickly and helpful. The checkin process was very easy and I received all instructions so good explained in the guest book. I enjoyed my trip and the time spent in Meran. For sure I will choose them again! Till next time!

Very helpful and well organised
We have used Muse holidays for accommodation in Ortisei twice now and would highly recommend.
Full information about the accommodation was provided including photos to make explanations easier.
This year our apartment had a code entry system so no picking up/dropping off keys required.
Muse are very helpful and good at responding to text queries during our stay.
This year our apartment was up a steep driveway and Muse came and completely cleared the snow from it so we could get our car down on departure day.

Het appartement in St Christina zag er…
Het appartement in St Christina zag er zeer verzorgd uit.
2 badkamers met voldoende handdoeken.
Keuken met inductieplaat, een over en afwasmachine. Voldoende servies en benodigdheden.
Stapelbed was niet heel stabiel voor 2 volwassenen. Bedden sliepen zeer goed.
Op loopafstand van het centrum en de liften. Dichtbij de supermarkt en de skiverhuur.
Bij vragen tijdens verblijf zeer snel antwoord.
Heel erg fijn dat we bij vroege aankomst eerder in het appartement mochten om onze spullen al neer te zetten en om te kunnen zodat we konden gaan skiën.

Soggiorno perfetto
Siamo appena tornati da un soggiorno agli Appartamenti Grunnes e non potremmo essere più soddisfatti! Gli appartamenti sono nuovi, moderni e davvero bellissimi, curati in ogni dettaglio. La pulizia era impeccabile e all’interno abbiamo trovato una dotazione completa e ben organizzata, con tutto il necessario per trascorrere una vacanza perfetta senza dover pensare a nulla.
Le indicazioni ricevute dall'agenzia muse hoiday erano chiarissime e molto dettagliate, cosa che abbiamo apprezzato moltissimo. Ogni nostra richiesta è stata gestita con grande disponibilità, tempestività e professionalità: lo staff ha sempre risposto subito e ha risolto in un attimo qualsiasi piccola necessità.
Un’agenzia davvero seria e attenta al cliente. Consigliatissima!

MUSE Holiday left us in the cold in Merano
Our travel troubles began immediately upon arrival when the apartment we rented through MUSE was frigid. We booked for 21 days but only stood for two days, due to the lack of heat in the apartment. I politely requested a refund from MUSE, highlighting our financial losses and the landlord's apparent penny-pinching compared to our previous experience down the street. Their team was responsive at first, forwarding the issue to administration and expressing sympathy. But after a weekend wait, the verdict came - no refund.
As managers, shouldn't they advocate for guests or vet properties better? MUSE's handling reeks of poor business practice - prioritizing rigid policies over guest well-being, especially for vulnerable travelers such as myself, a person with asthma and COPD.
Fellow travelers, beware - book elsewhere if warmth and fairness matter to you.

after careful checks, we can confirm that the heating system was functioning correctly throughout your stay. As this is a shared, centrally managed system, temperature settings are regulated at condominium level and cannot be individually adjusted by us. For these reasons, there is no objective basis for a refund. Moreover, perception of indoor temperature can be subjective and no similar concerns were reported by other guests or inhabitants of the building.

Mehr als enttäuschend
Das einzig positive war die Lage, der Rest leider mehr als unprofessionell:
- starker Feuchtigkeitsgeruch im Appartement, welcher laut Agentur angeblich vom Keller kommt, obwohl 2. Stock
- keinerlei Kontaktaufnahme bei Anreise
- Reinigung erfolgt rein oberflächlich (starke Verschmutzungen der Fugen im Duschbereich, versiffte und alte Zeitschriften)
- modern wirkend, jedoch geringwertige Ausstattung (Filterkaffeemaschine, Geschirrspültabs im Joghurtbecher)
- auf Mails wird erst 10 Tage später geantwortet (diverse Kritikpunkte dürften wohl mehrfach bekannt sein, werden wohl offensichtlich negiert)
Alles in allem leider ein sehr enttäuschender Aufenthalt ohne Erholungsfaktor. Sehr schade, auf zum Kalterer Mitbewerb!
