Matt was friendly, helpful, and attentive, although he didn't make sure I "got" fingering

Harrison is great - has been super kind and flexible in accommodating my class. very professional in teaching, he helped me pick up the guitar after 10 years, going quickly through all the basics to check my level without wasting time.

He also gave me thoughtful advice to buy a guitar in line with me needs.

I found Simon to be very patient and polite.

I can't recommend booking lessons through this platform enough.

Following concerns about a recent lesson experience I'd had (as an adult female learner), I reached out for some advice. MusicTeachers were incredibly fast to respond, listen to me, and were prompt in resolving the issue. They made the process easy, generously handled everything, and I felt protected by them after feeling vulnerable during an in-person music lesson. From start to finish, all of the communication was human. No chat bots or AI. So, I want to give a special shout out to Alex for all of his care and support throughout the situation. Thank you so so much!

Every time I need to book a lesson, they ask for service fees!!! And I heard they also take cuts from the teachers. How is that right??
They also make it appear cheaper on the ads and it actually costs more for single lesson bookings.

The lessons have always been in time and enjoyable, the teacher is friendly helpful and very capable, I have made a great progress so far.

I had a difficult experience with an individual teacher after our lessons moved off the MusicTeachers platform. Although the platform was not responsible for what happened, I was incredibly impressed by how seriously they treated my concerns.

Alex personally took the time to investigate the matter, kept me updated throughout, contacted the teacher on multiple occasions, and even sought legal advice to see whether the platform could assist further. While there were legal limits on what they could do, it was clear they genuinely wanted to help and went well beyond what I would have expected.

As a parent, what stood out most was their professionalism, empathy and commitment to doing the right thing. In an age where customer service can often feel impersonal, it was refreshing to deal with a company that clearly cares about the families using its platform.

I’m pleased to say we’ve since found a wonderful new piano teacher for our children, but I wanted to make sure MusicTeachers received the recognition they deserve for how they handled a difficult situation.

Liz is a wonderful singing teacher , very easy to relate to and very knowledgeable about music and what can be done to help improve my singing and help me feel more confident as a singer.
