I recently took on a new student who wanted online saxophone lessons. Unbeknownst to the student, their computer wasn’t configured correctly to reproduce all the nuances of the saxophone because of the noise suppression settings, which made the lesson challenging to teach.

I reached out to the team at MusicTeachers, and they took the time to reconfigure the student’s computer while keeping me informed throughout the process.

10/10 for both their IT expertise and communication. Excellent support in resolving the issue.

Easy to find teachers and lesson quality is great via the online platform. All the information you need is in your account on the website but it can be difficult to see what lessons you have paid for, taken and when. If the account section of the website was more straight forward I would want to give 6 stars.

Terrible - this company has kept my money after a teacher said she would no longer be able to offer lessons. The teacher cancelled last minute while my child was on her way in an uber and we have wasted £47.50 on the lesson plus the uber means £60 wasted!

Felicity listened to my singing concerns and made suggestions. I sang to her and in spite of it being on line she observed my singing style closely and gave me advice. I have now booked a 5 lesson block.
