I have worked with MXNEY for almost 5 years, and not only do they help us with the cashflow issue you as a early e-com store can experience, where a regular bank might not understand the needs and challenges, MXNEY have experience. Besides this they also have huge network of specialists witin the e-com space, so no matter the challenge you have, they can refer you to a specialist who can help you grow further.

We have been working with MXNEY for quite some time now and are very pleased with both the organization, the concept, and the people behind it. Despite our growth and the positive developments within our company, there are still moments when we need additional funding to pre-finance inventory. MXNEY is fast, professional, and always goes beyond simply providing financing they truly think along with you and support your business where needed.

If you are considering entrusting your project to MXNEY, think twice and stay away.
After three years of collaboration, the result is far below our expectations. It almost feels like a bad joke, but unfortunately it is very real.
The project was misunderstood from the start, poorly executed, and showed very weak technical skills.
We have lost a significant amount of money because of this company, to the point that it has put the sustainability of our business at risk.
For years we have been asking for concrete solutions, without ever receiving proper support or satisfactory answers.
We had the strong feeling that the only thing that mattered to them was taking your money, not the success of your project.

Nous avons fait appel à Mxney pour la croissance et la promotion de notre site e-commerce. Après 8 ans de croissance et un site internet bien géré, notre collaboration avec Mxney a été la pire décision stratégique que nous ayons prise. Outre le manque de conseil. Mxney nous a conseillé une societe de développement web Peach Loves digital qui n’était pas a la hauteur et qui a été incapable de developper notre site internet. Après 3 ans de retard et de nombreux conflits, nous avons mis notre site en ligne. Nos ventes ont chutés de 90%.
Nous n’avons recu aucun accompagnement pour le transfert du site de Prestashop à Shopify. Mxney et PLD nous ont pris au piège. ils n’ont fait preuve d’aucun professionnalisme pour livrer un site performant et aux normes web 2025.Rien n’a été suivi et aucune proposition faite face a la chute dramatique de notre chiffre d’affaire. Mxney a vendu un projet qu’ils étaient incapables de gérer. Ceci risque de conduire notre société à la faillite. Nous allons attaqués Mxney en justice et tenter de récupérer l’argent payé pour le site internet, des dommages et intérêts pour le chiffre d’affaire perdus ainsi que les les frais de développement supplémentaires pour pallier au bugs laissés par PLD et MXNEY. Ne confiez jamais votre business à une telle société!

I’m writing this review as someone who was directly involved in the Mxney project with Diiiz e-commerce. What happened with Mxney has had serious consequences for our business and for the people working in it.

We hired Mxney to advise us and finance our digital growth. They insiste to take care as well of our e-commerce migration, including recommending the right development partner. We had contact with several digital agencies we used to work with but MXNEY pushed for theirs. What I didnt know at that time is that they took a big commission from the project, on top of our repayment fees.

Instead of professional guidance, we experienced poor strategic assistance, no real project ownership, and almost no follow-up over a period of nearly three years.

Mxney pushed us to migrate to Shopify without properly assessing our existing e-commerce setup and how customized our previous store was. This decision turned out to be extremely damaging: Shopify was not suited to our needs and they recommended us the worst digital agency we had ever worked with : PLD - Peach loves digital in the UK. PLD was unable to manage the project, didnt know much about e-commerce basics and shopify. They didnt hold any kick off meeting before starting the website development which led to disastrous consequences.

Mxney and PLD abbandonned us in October 2025 with an unfiinished website, after more than 3-year of struggles and delays. We have faced constant issues, and we inihered a poorly developped, non functionning an unstable website. During this time, we were left struggling with the UK agency Peach Loves Digital, dealing with repeated failures, unfinished work, and ongoing bugs. Mxney did not step in to protect our interests or ensure proper delivery.

In the end, we had to pay another agency for months to fix problems that should never have existed.

The financial impact on our company was huge, with a major decline in turnover over the period. This led to difficult decisions internally, and several persons lost their job as part of the downsizing that followed.

Mxney took payments but did not provide the level of support, expertise, and accountability that a serious e-commerce consultancy should deliver.

If you are an e-commerce business and you need real guidance and reliable execution, I strongly recommend being extremely cautious before working with Mxney!

Jeg indgik et samarbejde med MXNEY, selvom finansieringen var meget dyr. Min kontaktperson var professionel og dygtig i salgsfasen, men jeg oplevede, at den efterfølgende analyse af min webshop og forretning ikke helt ramte virkeligheden.

Selve samarbejdet fungerede godt i en lang periode, men det var gennemgående vanskeligt at få klare og sammenhængende opgørelser over, hvad der var betalt i henholdsvis afdrag, fees og depositum. Derudover oplevede jeg små uoverensstemmelser i forbindelse med udbetalinger, hvor beløb ikke svarede til det forventede.

Samarbejdet blev senere opsagt af MXNEY, bl.a. og i den forbindelse blev mit indbetalte depositum på ca. 26.000 kr. tilbageholdt.

Dette skete med henvisning til en meget vidtgående og efter min opfattelse aggressiv fortolkning af kontraktvilkårene, herunder krav om betaling af fees for trancher, der aldrig blev udbetalt.

Alt i alt har samarbejdet med MXNEY.io været et særdeles dyrt bekendtskab, og jeg vil ikke anbefale løsningen til andre, medmindre man er fuldt indstillet på, at vilkårene kan blive anvendt meget hårdt, hvis samarbejdet ophører.

Mxney probably knows your E commerce business better than you do, so they are a very valuable driver for succes. They receive my greatest recommendation.

Do not use this business if you value your own! They will come up with promises about setting up plans for marketing and growing your business. You will receive nothing. In fact the only thing we got was an A/B test on our website which really we could have done in the end that cost us £7k. Other than that we have received no help whatsoever and it's put us on the edge of collapse. Don't believe any of the things they are telling you if you want to keep your business.

We encountered several issues with this company that we had to resolve ourselves. Initially, things started off well, but we ended up spending more than our allowance. The website makes it difficult to track your usage. After a few months, they realized they had overpaid us. You would expect an automatic limit and notifications upon reaching it, and employees should verify payments beforehand.

Unfortunately, there were no alerts or notifications from the staff. As a result, we had to repay 30K within a few weeks due to their mistake. Instead of acknowledging their error, they shifted the problem onto us.

We repaid the amount quickly, but then the real trouble began. Two weeks later, they still hadn't received our payment. We had to pursue legal action because they claimed we still owed the money, even though our bank confirmed the payment. This is the worst situation imaginable!

Everything runs smoothly if you follow their exact requirements, but any deviation causes significant problems. Be cautious when working with them; in our experience, this is a terrible company to deal with.
