Horrible Service – Never Received the Product and Still Waiting for My Refund

I rarely receive replies to my emails, which is why I am writing here publicly.

I ordered a lamp on November 28, 2025, but received the wrong item in December. The incorrect lamp was collected in January, and I was promised a full refund. It has now been over three months, and I still have not received my €280 back.

I never received the product I ordered, and despite repeated follow-ups, communication has largely stopped. As long as I do not receive either the correct lamp or a full refund, I cannot recommend or support this brand.

I am still waiting for a proper resolution.

Diiiz is bankrupt?? Be aware.

It took 46 weeks before they delivered the dining table. In all those weeks they never communicated with me. Very poor quality. I sent a mail with a complain. I recently got there answer. They confirm that the quality is not up to standard and the factory in India is bankrupt. Diiiz themselves has no money left to compensate anything or to replace, barely has any employers left as they mentioned in there mail respons and Diiiz is soon to be sold to another party or what is left of it or is also going bankrupt very soon. So don´t buy here.

J'achete tres regulierement des produtits chez diiiz pour des projets professionels. je suis surpris de voir certains avis. Je dois dire que j'ai toujours ete tres content de la qualite des produits chaises, sofa, table en marbre. J ai parfois eu des delais dans la livraison mais j'ai toujours toujours recus mes produits. J'ai meme du retourner et echanger des lampes une fois et cela s'est tres bien passe. Ce site n'est pas IKEA alors ne vous attendez pas a tout recevoir en 48 heures.. Si vous avez des attentes realistes, surtout pour du sur mesure, je recommande fortement.

J'ai commandé 4 chaises cesca soit disant fabriquées en Italie. Le délai indiqué sur leur site était initialement de 4 semaines. Une fois la commande validée le délai indiqué est passé à 12 semaines....
Plus de nouvelle de leur part malgré mes relances.
Il y a 2 jours le fameux Roberto (Mongiovi) m'a indiqué que la commande était incomplète...
Ayant perdu patience et surtout confiance j'ai demandé à être remboursé. Je n'ai bien sûr plus de nouvelle de leur part. Ce site est une escroqueurie qui propose au mieux du dropshipping

Je voudrais rectifier aussi votre propos. Nous ne faisons pas de dropshipping mais nous dessinons et produisons tous nos meubles dans nos usines en Europe et en Asie.
Nous disposons d'un entrepot en Belgique et a Londres a partir duquel nous vérifions la qualité de nos produits et livrons nos clients partout en Europe. C'est cette structure et ce processus de contrôle qualité qui nous a permis de constater l'erreur de couleur sur votre commande avant l'expédition. Nous avons donc trouver honnête de vous informer afin que vous puissiez décider que faire: accepter la commande ou la refuser.

Court judgment issued – avoid, orders may be at risk

We received poor-quality furniture that arrived water-damaged and smelling strongly. We tried to obtain a refund for over a year and received no response.

We issued a claim via HM Courts & Tribunals Service and the court has entered judgment in our favour. If the company does not pay in line with the judgment, we will proceed with formal enforcement action.

Based on our experience and the fact it escalated to court, I strongly recommend you do not place any orders — if this business is not meeting basic obligations, your money and order may be at risk.

Warning: Roberto or Diiiz can't be trusted!?

I ordered a 3-seater CAMELIA sofa and other furnitures from Diiiz in 2024. After a long wait, goods were received late 2024. By early 2025, one of the cords of the sofa broke. After countless emails and months negotiating with Roberto and a few months of silence, they finally agreed — through Mary — to send a replacement in December 2025. I even agreed to pay the £150 transport fee just to settle it.
But after that? Total silence. No update, no reply. It looks like they’re pretending the agreement never existed! Diiiz has wasted so much of my time and completely ignored their own promises. And now Roberto is still alive and replying to others here on Trustpilot, as if nothing happened.
Can you find a worse supplier than this? Absolutely no business ethics. Avoid Diiiz at all costs!
I may file a complaint in Belgium if this is not settled sooner.

I have been informed by our logistics team that the Camelia sofa module we shipped in January unfortunately has not been delivered. It appears that the carrier may have lost the package. We have already filed a claim with the delivery company, but we are still waiting for their response.

I am truly sorry for this situation and for the inconvenience it has caused you, especially considering that the resolution of your issue has already taken several months. I completely understand how frustrating this must be.

In the meantime, we have taken the initiative to start the production of a new module to resolve this as quickly as possible. The current estimated delivery time is the end of June.

Please rest assured that we are closely monitoring the situation with the carrier while preparing the replacement for you. If there are any updates or if we are able to expedite the delivery, we will inform you immediately.

Begin december heb ik 4 stoelen besteld en betaald. Ik kreeg een bericht terug dat deze stoelen out of stock zijn . Ik heb al 6 mails gestuurd om mijn geld terug te vragen maar kreeg 1 antwoord dat de boekhouder met vakantie is. Ik geloof hier niets meer van!!! Ik raad aan om hier niets te bestellen, het zijn oplichters! Antwoord via mail van Diiiz: we geven een voucher van het betaalde bedrag en geen terugbetaling als ik deze review verwijder! Gaat niet gebeuren!

Mécontentement

j'ai fait plusieurs achats sur Diii qui se ce sont à peu près bien passés en dehors de délais de livraison. Mais ma dernière commande est un catastrophe. J'ai commandé une table en marbre au mois d'août pour notre société. La première table est arrivée cassée. Je les ai contacté (on ne peut les contacter que par mail) sans aucune réponse mais à force d'insister ils m'ont enfin confirmé qu'ils en livraient une nouvelle. N'ayant pas de nouvelle après plusieurs mois je le recontacte et ils me répondent que la nouvelle est également cassée et qu'ils ne peuvent pas me livrer. Ils n'ont même pas pris a peinede nous en informer. Ils me proposent une nouvelle table ou un remboursement en bon d'achat chez eux. Ce site n'est pas sérieux. un conseil FUYEZ et ne leur faites pas confiance.

Nous comprenons tout à fait votre frustration concernant votre commande, et nous sommes sincèrement désolés pour les désagréments rencontrés. Malheureusement, le transporteur a endommagé votre plateau en marbre à deux reprises lors de la livraison, ce qui est évidemment très regrettable.

Nous tenons toutefois à préciser que, afin que vous puissiez recevoir votre table dans les meilleures conditions, nous avons reproduit votre table Tulipe à trois reprises, entièrement à nos frais. Nous avons également pris en charge à 100 % tous les retours et remplacements, sans aucun coût pour vous.

Votre table, d’une valeur de 2 899 €, a donc été reproduite et transportée plusieurs fois à nos frais afin de résoudre la situation au mieux. Le tout nous a couté pres de 10,000 euros.

Face à ces difficultés, notre équipe logistique a travaillé activement pour trouver un transporteur alternatif dans votre région, plus habitué à manipuler et livrer des produits fragiles comme les plateaux en marbre.

Nous ne prétendons pas être parfaits, mais nous faisons toujours de notre mieux pour être transparents et trouver des solutions pour nos clients lorsque des problèmes surviennent.

Nous espérons sincèrement que vous profitez désormais pleinement de votre superbe table Tulipe en marbre de Carrare, produite en Italie par Diiiz.

Warning! I placed my order at the begging of June and haven’t received it yet. They postponed the delivery all the time. I lost so much time in sending multiple messages - I was receiving no answer most of the time. Finally my order was shipped but after 12 days it hasn’t arrived yet. I sent three messages asking for the tracking number. Silence. The worst online shopping experience I’ve ever had. Still waiting.

Les tabourets sont magnifiques

J’ai commandé 2 tabourets de bar Wishbone le 21/07/25, commande reçue le 31/12/25. Une très longue attente, mais les tabourets sont magnifiques, comme décrit, et sont bien assortis aux chaises de table que j’avais déjà. Vu que c’est dans ma même pièce, je voulais ce modèle à tout prix. Le seul reproche que je pourrais faire, c’est qu’il n’y a pas d’informations par rapport à l’avancée de la date de livraison. C’est moi qui ai demandé à plusieurs reprises où en était la commande. Donc, petit point à « revoir » pour le site. J’avoue avoir eu un peu peur d’être tombée sur un site pas fiable. Heureusement tout va bien. Je vous remercie
