DRS fell short of my expectations.

DRS fell short of my expectations.
My Three G airtime bill was handed to DRS of which in turn I paid off in full at the time of this review due to the disconnection of my phone Line. I was told by an agent at DRS once my bill is paid in full they will send confirmation to Three to have my phone line reconnected . Only to find out from Three they have not been sent any form of confirmation of payment from DRS ? .Now at this point I am absolutely frustrated, and disappointed been given false information of when my phone line will be restored and to make matters worse Three also informed me it could take up to 14 Working days !!!!! if I had ever known this would have happened I would have handled this in a totally different manner, first of all I would have not paid DRS one single penny!!! and just paid Three directly as they then informed me I could have done?!! in the beginning!, to make matters worse I have to wait now until Monday to contact DRS as to why no communication has been sent to Three regarding my payment. I have written this review to make any Three customer to be aware of the absolute miscommunication between DRS & Three have and try not deal with DRS but rather sort the matter out with Three directly because as you can clearly see I have been messed around don’t make the same mistake!!!!!!!.

So far it’s all ok, had an email this week, I had owed eBay £22 but was unable to pay it on their system … no way of doing this, I messaged eBay several times to explain but never had a reply, I called DRS on the day of their email too me and explained I will pay them in two days time as that’s when I get paid, they had added a late payment fee of £8 but I guess that’s standard procedure, and the fault of eBay’s not DRS,

I paid today but so far have no confirmation from DRS, who after I have called them say nothing is on their system as yet, but may take a couple of days to show up.

I hope this is all genuine and is now the end of the matter. Once my eBay suspension is lifted I will be deleting my account with them after this, eBay are a disgrace

Unethical

Unethical. Sending me 20 emails in a week over a £5 eBay debt which they took up to £22.

No idea what the £5 owed from eBay was! They closed the account before I could check. I didn’t sell anything on eBay, at all.

Will not be using eBay again and then they use this lot to pester you to death. £22 and you’re chasing me down like it’s thousands 😂 paid because it’s impossible to speak to someone on phone

Bullying tactics for something I’m not responsible for.

Had great history with eBay then got scammed by my most recent buyer who claimed almost 3 weeks after receiving the item that it was too big and torn. Item wasn’t sent out it that state and was now unresellable, unfortunately at the same time I went through the worst time of my life and was too stressed to check for disputes. I’d allready explained my side to eBay over instant chat my side of the story so thought that was it until DRS started sending sms demanding payment. I’ve explained to them multiple times I’m not liable nor can afford payment. The best they could do was place my account on 30 day hold knowing my circumstances would not change in that time nor was I liable for the substantial charge. So I’m now being chased again. I will be complaining to the FCA.

Hounding me day and night constant…

Hounding me day and night constant calls, txts and emails wanting £127 off me all because I sold a phone and got scammed on eBay.
Phone was listed for 3 minutes and when I’d confirmed it was a scammer I cancelled the sale now eBay has enlisted them to harass me aggressively for £127!!!! Disgusting company!!

klarna payment for 17.31 £, i paid them and i told them to delete all my records and they say they cant, they have received the pizza payment from me, but i haven't received any acknowledgment from them, seems like a cheap company same way how Klarna is.

Nasty agesive emails and messaging senders.
Don't know this type of companys sending constantly emails and messages that i owe money to them which i don't own anything to them. I have a bill from Three which i didn't pay because i did not wanted £20 and the gave this situation to this type of comanys like my-drs to recover. Shame on you, don't know if this is legitim to pass this recovering to other companies. Fed up with them

ABSOLUTELY useless company and…

DISGUSTING ABSOLUTELY APPALLING company and they blatantly know they are fobbing off customers i would hate to work for such a shallow company & I am surprised they can trade in this manner i would have given minus stars if they were available trust pilot please can you make this an option
now i don't normally leave reviews but felt so strongly that other people should be aware of the shoddy non service given by DFS that if only j had read the reviews beforehand i wouldn't have placed an order with them
I will not go into too much as my stress levels cannot take it anymore . 6months later i am still waiting for my sofa which i was informed at point of sale would be delivered in 15 weeks at every expected delivery date it was put back not by days or weeks but a month at a time
tried calling & emailing customer service ... forget it .. they will lie to you using info they have no access to , this was confirmed by shop staff who themselves seemed fed up and bearing the brunt
i moved home so had no sofa and as a woman in her 50's ive been sitting on cushions on a concrete floor not knowing when . if ever my sofa would ever be delivered the store finally feeling embarrassed at the shoddy service offered a " loan sofa " most uncomfortable chair ever which has made my back problems worse the car and dog seem to enjoy the saggy seats though fed up i referred this to the furniture ombudsman who themselves have been pretty slow of the mark , still weeks later i received a phone call out the blue sofa to say my sofa was due for delivery i phoned the day before delivery to confirm only to be told that i wont be receiving delivery as there payment issues aaarrgghhhh at no time did i receive any correspondence from DFS notifying of an problems
I have told them that if this is not delivered next weekend at my convenience i will be cancelling my order and charging back so i can purchase a new sofa in the sales with a more reputable supplier ... NEXT
the stress this has caused me is unprecedented and i will be perusing this
I have worked in retail management for 25 years and never have i heard of or experienced the disgusting service by a supplier having spent £1,000's
PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE people think twice ... unless your willing to wait an eternity for something & dont mind being treated as a mug
i would never buy from them again EVER

absolute shamles of a company. i've received multiple calls, texts, voicemails and emails from DRS chasing for PayPal. i'm more than happy to engage with them via email but every email i've sent, they've ignored. they're happy to send threatening communications to me but will not actually engage in a conversation with me, despite the fact that i've told them multiple times that i'm happy to pay the full amount. absolutely disgusting that they continue to threaten me, despite me informing them that i am currently recovering from having a tumour removed from my spine. it's about £50 that i owe to a company worth millions that don't pay tax. how do these people sleep at night?
