On May 13, I placed an order from Hair So Fly. A couple of days ago, I saw that my banking information and the order was provided to Beauty Exchange. I did NOT order from Beauty Exchange. Someone by the name of Gabriel Brothers was "handling" the order. Beauty Exchange changed the shipping information 3 times and now they have changed the post office to a different branch. This is not acceptable. I cannot allow my banking information to be tampered with or distributed to cyber space. When I called them, they denied the fact that the order was "transferred" to them and they said there was no order, even though my emails expressly state that the order was arriving on Friday. I paid for expedited shipping and the order has not arrived. This is unacceptable and if my order is not received, I will have to file a police report. The bank is aware of these suspicious and circumstance actions and I have instructed them to notify me expeditously if any more funds are extracted from my account.I have no idea of when to expect my order to arrive. With that being said, I have a fundamental right to a refund if they are not shipping the order.

I ordered 2 wigs from them via Ebay. The wigs never shipped and they didn't answer any inquiries regarding shipment. Fortunately Ebay refunded my money. Who want to deal with this? Stay away.

If I can give this company a minus zero. This is what they would get. I ordered a wig from them in color black. They sent me a blond wig with a sticker on it indicating it was color # 1 which is black. I contacted them, they sent me a return label to return it. They did not have the wig in black. I was offered a refund. As of today, two months later, I have not received my refund. My credit card company filed a dispute. Stay away. They knew they didn’t have the color I wanted when they sent it. Now they have their wig back as well as my payment.
