I am truly surprised to see soo many bad reviews of this company. I have ordered at least 4 or more wigs from here and never had a problem. They ship same day or the next and the hair, send constant shipping communications and tracking. The hair has always come as pictured. Like previously mentioned I've never had a problem so not sure how well they would handle it if I did. With that said, they get 5 stars from me. I will absolutely update if I do ever have issues in the future.

I'm so glad I followed my first mind and look up the reviews for this company. I would have been livid if them people would have did me what hasbeen done to the customer's on these reviews. All I can say is , Thank you 😊 🙏 to all the reviewers who posted this testimonials about this company. I will not be making any orders and wasting my time or my moneys.

On May 13, 2026, I placed an order with Hair So Fly and paid for expedited shipping. Next, a company named Beauty Exchange Supply sent me notifications that a shipment was on the way for Friday, of which I paid extra for. Next, after much inquiring, the expected delivery date was rescheduled to Monday, which does me no good because the event I want to wear it to is Sunday. I want to know why Hair So Fly transferred my order to Beauty Exchange Supply. I paid for this online, and to my dismay, I discovered that someone named Gabriel Brothers had taken control of the order. I called Hair So Fly and their phone number is no longer working. I do not want my orders to be manipulated or mishandled in a shady and circumspect manner. Times are hard and people don't have free money to toss around on the internet for someone else to capture. I do not want to have to get a new card and change my checking account due to someone at Hair So Fly transferring my bank account information to an unheard of company. If a company cannot ship an item, they should at least (1) notify the customer that the item is not available; (2) ask the customer is it acceptable to utilize another company; and (3) refund the customer instead of transferring the order to a company in Florida or Mexico. I want to know who "Gabriel Brothers" is and I want to know why my order and bank accoount information was transferred to another company. I have a fundamental right to know how my money is being handled, misappropriate or mishandled.

Spent 60 bucks for a wig and wig cap. Got a notification saying my package was outside but, when i went to collect it,my package was nowhere where to be found. I contacted ups and hair supply immediately for a refund or a replacement wig and they canceled my claim with UPS and have not gotten back to me since. I will no longer be supporting them or buying anything from them take it from me and countless others too bad bad reviews they are valid in these people do not care they just want your money and you will waste your time trying to get a refund. I bought the same hair off of Amazon through Sensationel. Better price and better quality I will be purchasing all my hair from Amazon through Sensationel from now on

I’ve bought multiple wigs from this company in the past, their wigs and customer service use to be absolutely amazing, now it’s dog sht, they rarely respond to emails and if they do it’ll be 3 days later. Spent $61 on a wig including $11 shipping, wig cap was by far too big (makes sense on why they don’t include the wig cap measurements), and hair was nappy and itchy, just unbearable. Asked for a refund and to return the iteam they said no, even if I would’ve been able to return the fcked up wig it would’ve been an $8 shipping fee. Money and time wasted, this company is sickening, don’t waste your money

I purchased 2 wigs from this shop, one 1B and the other 4. I received one wig that was what I ordered, but the other wig was a "bleached blonde wig." Immediately after opening the box and seeing this, I emailed and submitted a message to Hairsofly advising them of this error and requested a return label. I received a message after message asking for copies of the wig in question. I complied, and after responding to the 3rd request, these folks stopped communicating. Be aware that they are located on many sites; seemingly with different business names (HSF, Hairsofly, and Hair So Fly), 2801 Juniper Street, Fairfax, Virginia 22031. This company is irresponsible; they lack professionalism, and they do not stand by their products, errors, or business commitments. And will NOT assist customers when problems arise.~Baffling! Beware. I WILL NEVER ORDER FROM THEM AGAIN!

They stop me from ordering because I questions why was they charging my card after I paid in full for my last two wigs..

All I can say is never again will I ever order from this store. The wig smelled like it had been in the gutter the smell was so bad it had my whole bathroom and bedroom smelling like a gutter. And I definitely wasnt putting it on my head. After multiple emails at this point I feel a phone call should have been made to me. This was the worst wig experience I ever had I have ordered from multiple companies and never have I ever been treated with no concern. When customers reach out you should be getting back with them to see how you can accommodate them. And not just through an email! Customer Service is definitely not what it used to be nobody wants to take the time to communicate with the customer.

Based on the real, legitimate reviews, I will never buy a wig from this company. I work too hard for my money.

Save yourself the stress of shopping here. They will literally ignore you, and the only thing that got their attention was a call from my bank when they refused to get back to me, unbelievable! I sincerely hope they change, but at this rate, only prayers will save them. Please work on being better @hairsofly

I have placed 15 plus orders for them with no issues and the very first issue I have with their product. I was treated poorly with no solution of help and poor response time.

Omg Worse Hair company in the world first of all they have ignored my calls I cannot track my package it is obviously lost I have emailed them several times. I am totally done ordering from them plus I paid for extra shipping and I cannot Track my package they are disgusting & Unprofessional plus they ignored all of my emails they are very unprofessional they ignore their Customers DO NOT BUY FROM HAIR SO FLY You will never get your packages.

I buy this wig (butta lace unit 3)
all the time from different companies, and it comes like displayed.... BUT from this company it came VERY VERY short AND THIN. ..never again with them.

They sent me a wig that already had it's lace cut off. Don't waste your time ordering from them, you'll just be disappointed.

I live in the UK, I ordered from hairsofly for the first time last week. The shipping was super fast, I received my order 3 days later.The shipping cost was reasonable, compared to other sites I've ordered from in the past. I will definitely order from them again.. Soon.

There are better stores. First time buyer here’s an honest review YouTubers or influencers who are sponsored by this brand won’t tell you:
Pro: Fast shipping, one day response for customer service.
Con: Doesn’t accept international returns (anything outside of United States). Hair quality is lacking, Sheds, Styles do not translate well in person. Last but not lease customer service is poor, you have better chance talking to a robot.

When I wanted to achieve a specific hairstyle, the customer service team was kind enough to recommend the right type of hair for the desired style. I received my order very quickly. I would definitely buy from them again.
