Goe from the company had great interpersonal skills, listened to my request on the design of the veranda and ensured it was carried out. The workmen worked really hard to ensure it was completed within the timescale given without compromising on the quality. I would recommend 👌

Overall I'm delighted with the final result of our 3m x 5m glass veranda. Goe was an excellent project manager throughout.
There were several hurdles along the way - builder accidentally smashing a custom roof pane when it had just been delivered, problems resetting a manhole level which would become internal to the room and a severe leak every time it rained where the verandah joined another wall. Throughout all of these issues, Goe was proactive in getting them fully resolved, going above and beyond to make sure we were totally satisfied with the final product - which we are. We've entertained in there several times... Christmas, baby shower, birthdays. We dine in there. We relax and view the garden from there.
The job took a little longer than planned due to issues but Myben verandas were affordable and instilled confidence. Job well done - thank you!

The whole process, from design to installation, was managed superbly by Goe and the installation team. We got exactly what we had ordered. The mark of a good organisation is how they cope when things don't go quite right, and Goe managed excellently. We had an issue with the delivery of some of the glass panels and Goe quickly and efficiently rearranged delivery and installation dates to resolve the matter. More importantly, he kept us fully informed every step of the way. In addition, Goe quickly resolved the one 'snagging' issue we had after handover.
All in all, I have no hesitation in recommending Myben as a supplier of Verandas.

We have had a Veranda with partial sliding glass doors to create a glass room aspect at one end. We received exactly what was ordered. Delivery of the Veranda was on the expected day. The two day installation took place on the planned dates. From sales, to survey and the installation team all were very professional and polite. Altogether the experience has been first rate. We are now enjoying this beautiful veranda.
