I’ve been having my car serviced and repaired at the Airport West for many years. Thank you to all staff, especially Joey and Christian, for always being professional, honest, helpful and very kind. Please keep providing your good service to customers. Thank you!!

I arrived on time to the service which was 10 am. I had chosen 12:30 pm for a pick up time from your website. The person who was at reception (Joey) told me they wouldn’t make the car ready before 1-1:30 pm and he said it’s already 10 am like I was late to drop it off. When I went back to pick up my car there was no feed back about service, he have me the receipt and when I asked for service book he said it was in the car. My car wasn’t wash ( this is happening for the first time after a service) and the label they stick on my car window was indicating wrong date which was 11/2025????? Very poor customer service. I really have doubts whether my car was serviced properly. My husband will check the oil at the weekend to make sure it was replaced. Very disappointing experience.

The staff were amazing and very helpful

Good experience, but not “great”. I dropped off a punctured tyre to have the guys inspect it and repair if possible. It was meant to be done in “a couple of hours” and the guys would call me, but I didn’t get a call. I had to call the next morning to get an update (they hadn’t gotten around to it yet, but were going to do it straight away). Not a huge deal, and the guys were awesome when I went and picked it up (they put the repaired tyre back on for me also)…just could have done with a call to give me an update. All in all though, a good experience and will definitely be back!
