Christian and team are great to deal with, able to fit me in where other tyre shops wait times were days later. Have had two issues with punctures that were resolved efficiently.

The staff are fantastic. Joey helped me so much. He was so patient with me. He is so friendly and efficient.
My car is running well after it’s. I’ve used My Car at Airport West for many years. I’m sure that’s why my 2009 car is lasting so long. Thanks for wonderful customer service and support.

Excellent Customer Service
I've been taking my car to mycar Airport west for service and repair for over 2 years now..Christian and Joey are so easy to deal with, and are always able to help and they do the best they can to provide an excellent experience for their customers. I don't think I'd trust anyone else with mt car

I was asked to be there by 4:30 to get…
I was asked to be there by 4:30 to get a new tire put on. At 5:10 they hadn’t started on it so I asked how much longer. He Oh sorry! we will get to it in a min. I left there @ 5:40 ☹️

Had a flat tyre which was replaced by…
Had a flat tyre which was replaced by another brand, then realised it didnt match the other 3 existing tyres, mycar ordered the right tyre and replaced, it took 6 weeks to get the tyre but it was worth the wait.
