Couldn’t recommend the Bateau Bay store enough , so helpful and understanding about my tyres. Had a phone call back in less than a day and everything sorted by the end of the week. This store had things done in an efficient manner. All staff and managers are so polite and nice. Defiantly recommend this store to anyone , 5/5 stars

Great staff
The staff are always friendly, courteous, willing to listen and not be dismissive of someone with no mechanical knowledge. Will check things out and do minor tweaks for no charge. Very helpful, and explain everything. And do a good job.

The staff member who served me was very pleasant and obliging. He made sure my rego check was done by the time I requested inspite of him missing lunch. He was certainly dedicated to providing a good customer experience.

Convenience is a priority for me But also I very much appreciate the polite & friendly manner of the staff & keeping me informed of work that needs to be done to keep my car in safe & good condition. I would however really enjoy picking up a lovely clean car that has been washed after the service. 😊
