I find Bateau Bay top rating because they are upfront with costs, Gavin the Store Manager is great he explains things well and follows up on previous visits. And they are walking distance from home.... Ver mais

Great Cutomer Service

We went to Mycar Bateau Bay on Saturday morning without a bookng, hoping to have our car seen to, we are from out of town and cannot thank Dan the mechanic enough, he was wonderful, was very helpful, very friendly and got us back on the road

Great service.

Booked my car in for a service. Easy to organise and friendly staff.
They kept me updated with everything about my car. Reasonable price.
Would definitely recommend.

They are so friendly and help me feel…

They are so friendly and help me feel more at ease, knowing the works are getting done, to do their best to suit my time frame. I appreciate the team at Bateau Bay.. never had any issues and I have been consistently using this service for my car for the last 8 years or so.

I’d like to give Gavin a Huge shoutout for getting me back on the road in record time. I pulled in with no appointment as i had a problem with my trailer which he fixed straight away.
