Very straightforward

Very straightforward, advised that i jeeded new tyres and gave a great price and also under warranty for the lifetime of the tyres.

Dishonest lying salesman

I got offered 2 sets of tyres
A set of cheap tyres for 189 each
And a set of continentals for 215 each

I was recommended that the cheaper tyre was terrible and to go the more expensive option

Only to realise once I had gone on my road trip that they charged me the dearer price and put on the cheap tyres

MyCar Barkly square Brunswick. Avoid at all costs.
Sleazy, dishonest salesmen

Came in with a flat tyre issue

Came in with a flat tyre issue. They were able to check out the tyre and noted that it needed to be replaced. A replacement tyre was ordered and arrived within the hour. The customer service was excelent and I highly recommend them.

My Car Brunswick has to be one of the…

My Car Brunswick has to be one of the best car services I’ve been to.
The team there are very accommodating, friendly and helpful.
No matter when I’ve needed my car serviced or a general question concern they’ve always made themselves available and helpful.
I trust Tony 100-% and he always has been honest and trustworthy.
I feel safe driving away knowing they’ve serviced or whatever it may be my car.
I highly recommend My Car Brunswick and ask for Tony.

Great experience

Great experience. I had a flat tyre and the guys and gals were able to fit me in and help with my tyre even though they were extremely busy. Much appreciated

Really bad customer service and poor…

Really bad customer service and poor communication. Charged me 1500 for a power steering pump replacement. Kept on extending the length of stay without telling me. Eventually got my car back and it smells like cat piss.
