Tony booked my car in for the same week even though the Easter public holidays were coming up. Appropriate recommendations for tyre replacements were made over the phone and everyone I dealt with was sincere and friendly :)

I had such a great experience at mycar Tyre & Auto in Brunswick. From the start, everything was super easy — the online booking was quick and straightforward, and the service in person was just as good. I was greeted with such a warm and friendly attitude when I dropped my car off, which immediately made the whole process feel easy and stress-free.

I went in for a tyre replacement and wheel alignment, and after I’d already booked and paid, I noticed they offer a tyre price match guarantee. When I asked about it, Tony was more than happy to help. He not only honoured the price match, but even took the time to help look for deals to make sure I was getting the best value. That level of care really stood out.

It genuinely felt like they care about their customers and actually live by their “putting people first” motto. I’ll definitely be coming back for anything I need in the future!

Despite the rain and the centre being very busy,
Drew ( the on duty manager), was pleasant and efficient and the job was done in a timely manner.

Like most woman I have very little knowledge in regards to the mechanical workings of a car. However Mycar Tyre and Auto in Brunswick were very helpful, thorough and professional when servicing my vehicle. Thanks guys, much appreciated

Nathaniel was fantastic at listening and rectified some matters which I wanted resolved. He listened and was extremely professional and helpful. He also made time to fix the problems without an appointment. Absolutely 5 star service.

My daughter had a flat tyre and her tyres were just out of warranty.
However Mycar in Brunswick generously waived the cost of the new replacement tyre. Brilliant service.

In the past, I have always taken our vehicles to "MyCar" in Brunswick but in the last few times, once I collected our vehicle, within a few days I find that the vehicle has b=developed another problem. It does appear to be "fix one and break another".
Further, the most recent time I took my vehicle to MyCar, I was promised the vehicle at a certain time but MyCar kept the vehicle for FOUR DAYS and, once again, another problem "immediately" developed which again took a FULL day for MyCar to "repair". It is still not repaired so I have booked the vehicle in with Hyundai Essendon.
given that MyCar does "safety" checks, I now discover that it "missed" putting coolant in!

I am sorry to state but I may not use MyCar Brunswick again. Whilst the manager, Tony, may be competent, I am not so sure of the other mechanics.

Great. This was for a replacement battery. I was able to book the day before. Bring the car and within 30 minutes I was on my way. Battery was substantially cheaper than quotes I'd got elsewhere. What's not to like?

Worst service and unprofessionalism ever experienced. No answers. No ideas. No positive results. Over a month and a half in the hands of a bunch of amateurs. Apparently passed onto a Third party, for a repair. Then still returned unresolved. In dispute with Mycar headquarters via assistance with Consumer Affairs.

Tony & team are always helpful

Drew and Tony know what they are talking about and the crew provide exceptional service. We only take our cars to them as they are honest and always give the best advice no matter how much we do their there head with questions.

Although we mucked up the booking date, the car was accepted and serviced in a timely manner.
Very obliging, efficient and friendly.
