Do not take your car to Carrum Downs. They will charge you a fortune whilst turning your car into a mess at the same time. Car was fine and was booked in just for a service. It now has transmission problems and is so out of tune it’s not funny. Avoid at all costs.

Quick and prompt service of car, staff are friendly & called to say what was needed & cost of repairs. I would recommend the Carrum Downs store.

They did a good job

Blade the young man who served me on the Saturday morning was a most friendly and polite young man who did a great job with my car and communication was excellent!

I was quite disappointed with My Car, as the prices I got for all the repairs were quite extensive. I also found the guy at reception in the morning quite abrupt and cold.
I found a mechanic who quoted me under half the price I was quoted at My Car. :/
Needless to say, I will not be returning.

The two guys I spoke with were organised and helpful. No complaints from me.

The person on the front desk could try being friendly to customers otherwise I'm happy with the work carried out

I am quite happy with the job on my car, I received a phone call explaining what needed doing on my car and how much it would cost the person on the phone was very polite and considerate.

Took my car to have a wheel alignment.
Customer service was NOT great.
Staff did not elaborate in more detail about damage or next steps to work on damage. (Very minimal feedback on pick up of car).
Staff appeared disinterested in engaging with myself. I would imagine if my husband dealing in this situation staff may have been more engaging and elaborate further regarding my cars issues.
Customer service needs work.
I went to a local small business and received much better service that showed interest and explained my cars damage and how to move forward.
As a female I do NOT recommend my car Carrum Downs.

Everything was done well except I had to wait for the car for about 45 minutes

Replaced battery without customer written approval. Disputes about follow up payment and end up with refund

Fast and easy experience! Booked online and was able to get my car serviced two days later. Staff were friendly and helpful also.

Dropped off tyre for repair and they advised it will be ready at 5pm and it was.
