Just very good service

Mycar great tyre work and do everything they say that they would do and look for the best deals. Close to home and easy to deal with!

I had a logbook service done on my Wolkswagen recently and after the service I was told I require number of items to be replaced .
Usually with my service previously with Wolkswagen I have been given a quote for items requiring replacement at the time of service which was not provided this time.
I have asked for a quote and have been told it will be emailed to me .
Quote was never received.
The person I have dealt with was very short and unwelcoming also.
I have always been happy with the service received at this store in the past. The staff was always very friendly and helpful and great to deal with, however this experience has not installed the coconfidence in me to return to this store for any future work due to poor customer service.

Extremely helpful. Saved costs where they could. Kept me informed of progress.

Great customer service

Good communication about what needed doing on the car.

They had my wife's car for 2 days and then said they had ordered the wrong part so we would need to wait longer! I politely asked for a discount due the inconvenience, they caused, of not having my car and flatly said No. Not very good customer service. I will not be using them again.

Booked for a slow leak in a tyre, 8.30am. On early arrival was told they could not guarantee fixed within an hour, there were 3 ahead of me. WHY make an appointment???? Only 2 staff on. Well under staffed to provide decent service.

Outstanding service.
On a very busy day just before Christmas, they took the time to repair my tyre so I could leave to see my family for Christmas. I couldn't be happier with their friendly and expert service and repair.
