Took my car in for a rego inspection. Quick and easy. No fuss. Staff member was attentive and helpful. Very happy with the service and advice from the staff member. Will be back.

Car running beautifully

The book in was seamless as was roadworthy that was done within the time I was told. Later that day I was still at Stocklands and when I was ready to leave the car would not start (I knew the battery was not 100%). I went to MyCar and asked if they could get me started. Without hesitation they attended to my car that even with a battery pack was not starting. Eventually the motor did spring to life but it was noticed the attachments to the battery were loose. I was told to drive to the workshop where they tightened the connections. I offered to pay for their time but that was refused. Being able to drive home without having to call the NRMA was a gift. Many thanks the the guys at Forster MyCar. They went above and beyond!
