The manager and staff were really helpful and explained everything I needed to know about my repairs.

Short wait time, honest feedback, good service.

Job was done in time promised and I was advised by mobile phone when car was ready.

The overall experience was great. Sam went over and beyond to diagnose the issue with my car and rectify the problem. Mycar ensured I was able to collect my vehicle as I had no transport. I was very appreciative and grateful.

It was very poor service..the guy at the counter was arguing with the mechanic out the back of the work shop..I waited over 2 hours for a rego check to be told I need two new front tyres because they are worn on the inside..I have seen 3 mechanic shop since the rego check was done and they all said I didn't need new tyres yet..I will not be going back again and will be telling others not to either.. no wonder they go through staff everything we go there different people are working there all the time..

My car was very good they gave my car a very good service I’m very happy with it I sat in the sun while I was waiting I was very relaxed

They drove me home as they expected a 4 hour service period, and picked me up after it was finished, saved me a long wait. Very pleased with the result.

Took car in for a service on Saturday and was attended to by J Daste who was relieving from Sydney he went through was needed to be done and that he would also check wheel alignment etc. He had tried to contact us as he had also found the battery needed to be replaced - unfortunately my wife's phone was on the blink and we didn't get the call. We arrived to pick the vehicle up and he explained he had replaced the battery also and offered to put the other one back if we were not happy - we were very pleased he had done what was necessary. This man was on his own on Saturday morning and did a great job and offered great customer service. Ross Mackaway
