Customer service was great as usual but the service cost was way too much compared to previous visits for a standard service, have too look elsewhere

Disappointed
No one was there at 8.00am Saturday morning. Had to wait 15 minutes. The car wasn’t taken to be serviced until around 10.00am when I called to see what time it would be ready. The service took less than 1hr and 15 mins when I received a message it was ready. A lot of money was paid for a major service - for it to be completed in such a short time by an apprentice.
A tool was left in the pocket area of my windscreen wipers.
The dashboard was reset and I had to go back Monday for a person to put it back to what it was because they couldn’t give me instructions on the phone for me to do it.
I was told an apprentice did my 90,000km service … not a fully qualified mechanic.

Conveniently located near home and able…
Conveniently located near home and able to get car serviced on a Saturday morning. My car was ready to be picked up within 2 hrs if dropping off. Having the total cost explained upfront was a bonus
