I waited about 15 minutes before someone finally arrived and attended to me. The service was okay (standard).

Good reception and information with clear explanation why certain extra services need to be done.

When I arrived to have my car tyres rotated and the tyres rotated on my wife’s car as well as a service for her they had booked both cars in for the rotation but didn’t have hers for service so I had to leave mine so they could do the service

Was greeted as soon as I walked in and job completed successfully

Bought new tyres months ago, we were unfortunate enough to get a puncture, no cost to have it repaired. On top of that identified brake light out and fixed it.

If we agreed on a time the service should have been completed and if it could not be met due to parts being delivered late. It would have been appreciated and I could have made alternative arrangements if someone could have phone me of the delay.

My car Watergardens were friendly, helpful, done a fantastic job of my wheel alignment and balance, offer free tyre rotations and tyre punctures. Give me a great deal on the price of my tyres. 😃
